These treats were given to us as a gift for our new puppy and used extensively for training purposes she loved them! Even as small as they are, they can be broken in half or quarters since they are used A LOT as rewards for good behavior. They were our "go to" treat during the early puppy months!Read Best Reviews of Nature's Recipe Training Treats - Large - 7 oz Here
My 3 Dogs all love this as a snack and great for training because theyare not consuming bigger regular size dog treats which add body weight
very fast. As my Veterinarian once said to me, dogs do not realize the
difference between a 1/2 of a dog treat milkbone or a whole one. A treat is
a treat to them. Downsizing helped my 1 dog drop 10 pounds and my other one about
5 pounds. Their knees/cruciates suffer from overweight/overfeeding any foods or treats.
I learned loving them does not mean giving more or to many treats. Small treats, playing with them or a
hug is always better & healthier
excellent training or treats for pets.
No fussiness from any of them.

I have a very picky Akita mix and buying treats for him is a major project: will he like them?; will he spit them out and give me a dirty look? Fortunately, Murray loved these training treats. Next time I order, I will be stocking up on these.Buy Crazy Dog Train-Me! Training Treats Now
These were on sale at Petco, so we gave them a try. They're too big to give for frequent clicker treats with my 35 lb dog. (Cutting them in half is about right.)Even though they're heavily scented, they're just not her favorite. She'd rather have (3) Pounds of Lamb Lung (Baa Baa Q's) or Dogswell Vitality Dog Treats, Chicken, 6-Ounce Pouches (Pack of 6) any day.

My dogs absolutely love these Quado bones. They chew and chew on these things like its the last supper. The only problem is exactly that; They devour these bones within the hour, instead of it lasting for a period of time. I have large dogs, and one dog took out 2 prongs in a matter of 15 min, completely devoured! At a cost of around $8 per bone, I cannot afford to give these things to my dogs often, as they do not last long enough. But they are crazy over them.

It's a shame that for some reason it says on the package that this shouldn't be eating entirely in one sitting because my dog loves these. It is all I can do to get it away from him so that he doesn't devour it all right away. They must put doggie crack in it, because he is crazy about this chew toy! Just for the record, he DID eat one all at one time and had no ill effects.Buy Quado Interactive Dog Bone, 7-Ounce Ginormous Now
I see many of the reviews of this product were for PUPPIES. Maybe they aer good for PUPPIES, but NOT FOR DOGS!! I purchased 6 Quado dog bones. The dogs loved them and devoured them in only an hour. I was disappointed and disturbed that they went so quickly and went back to read the packaging to find a small blurb on the back of the package on the bottom right "Quado is to be consumed over a period of time and not in once sitting or even on day." (1) I paid about $8 for each bone with shipping. This was for a bone which lasted only an hour. I expected it to be a "bone" not a "treat." I could have taken my dogs out to dinner for that price. (2) If the bone is meant to be consumed over time, please make that obvious on the front of the package and not in some small print on the back. It worries me now why they printed the statement on the back.I can appreciate the fact that they created environmentally-friendly products and trusted that I would be satisfied with my purchase. I buy the best for my dogs despite not being a wealthy person. I bought these bones because the shape is a great design. I expected a bone that would last. I am disappointed. I would requested a refund for my purchase price. I have yet to hear from the company N-Bone.

My two boys really loved these Quado chewies, but I was disappointed that they didn't last longer. They probably lasted 30 minutes. For the price, I thought this was pretty fast.Want Quado Interactive Dog Bone, 7-Ounce Ginormous Discount?
As much as I love this product, I should start by saying that Quado bones definitely aren't a good fit for all dogs. As many people have commented, it wouldn't take an agressive chewer long to go through one of these, and they aren't exactly cheap, either. But personally, I can't imagine how the manufacturers of this innovative product have failed to highlight the usefulness of Quado bones to a very particular subset of pet-parents: those with mobility impared pets who have a hard time holding onto regular dog bones to chew them.Pepper was, if you can imagine this, a mix of Pekingese and Border Collie. A bug-eyed, bow-legged, long-haired dog with a bad underbite and a bad attitude to match. Even as a puppy, Pepper was never an especially playful dog. Instead, she preferred long walks and peanut butter flavored rawhides as enrichment activities.
At the age of about 14 & 1/2, Pepper's health and mobility began to suffer. We did everything we could to help keep her mobile and comfortable as her condition gradually deteriorated, but enrichment activities for a cantankerous, mobility-impared old dog proved difficult to come by. In her little "wheelchair", she could only walk a couple of houses down the street before becoming tired, and though she still showed interest in bones, she just couldn't manage to hold onto them to chew anymore. Then one day at a local pet store, I ran across Quado dog bones. I had never seen or heard of anything like this before, and it actually took a minute for it to "click"...for me to realize just what I was looking at and how it could be exactly what Pepper needed. The only size they had at the time was the "ginormous", which normally would be a bit big for a 25-lb dog, but then I also didn't have any smaller Quados to compare it to, so I bought one of the great big ones and crossed my fingers that it would work. I was excited but also fully prepared for the Quado to be yet another flop in a line of toys we'd tried that didn't work out, but it wasn't. Apparently the Quado smelled and tasted good enough to get Pepper's attention, and since it stood up on its own, she had no trouble chewing to her little heart's content. If it happened to get away from her, it was no big deal. It would simply "roll" over, and she'd start chewing a different leg. Even after the first leg had been chewed off, the bone would still "stand" enough to matter with 3 legs. As the bone got down to the last couple of legs she would lose the benefit of the "tripod", and we did often simply discard the last leg. Still, we could find no other product that met her needs nearly as well as the Quado. Price and durability, in this case, were not the most important factors. Having "a bone that stands on its own" was the one and only way Pepper was able to continue to enjoy chewing as usual during the final months of her life, and you just can't put a price on that.

I learned about this treat in a magazine article reviewing it. I have been looking for convenient treat, which is small, dry (so that I don't have to keep in the fridge), and irresistible to my dog, which is almost impossible since my dog is not food motivated at all. A treat my dog loves most has been roast beef from deli which I have to go to supermarket every week to resupply. Then I saw this product review and decided to give it a try. I wasn't really expecting any enthusiasm from my dog since the treat is just dried piece of something that I couldn't even smell anything out of it. But to my surprise, my dog sniffed it and gulp! And he was waiting for the next piece intently looking at me. It seems he likes it as much as bloody roast beef! The product seems a bit costly per weight, but the pieces are so small and light, actually I got more in terms of number of pieces than I thought. I think I found a right treat for my dog.

My dog loves this food. I use a spoonful in his dry food every night with some warm water to make it a little soupy for him. I like the ingredients, the way his coat looks, how he NEVER has bad breath or dog farts. Ever.

So my pooch loves this food! The minute his bowl touches the floor, he's all over it. If I put anything else in the bowl, he sniffs and walks off. I feed mostly home-cooked meals, so when I occasionally have to feed canned, I usually am met with disapproving looks, followed by disdainful sniffs and a plate of untouched dog food. Not so with Wellness Venison and Sweet Potato! The dogs still like home-cooked better, but if I leave them with Wellness, and give them time to think about it for about ten minutes, they will eventually clean their plates.Read Best Reviews of Wellness Canned Dog Venison & Sweet Potato Here
This is a good price for a good product. The venison seems to agree particularly well with my dog. I mix some into his dry food. Wellness is a respected brand, but I have seen prices vary quite a bit for the cans. One of my local pet food stores charges quite a bit more. The other charges about the same but does not, for some reason, carry the venison. It's also available in lamb, fish, chicken, etc. I will buy it again.I wish I would have known about this brand a while back when my dog went into her adult years. I have my kitten on wellness kitten dry food. I am gradually changing my dog to wellness canned dog food from Pedigree. I like the quality of the products and the great ingredients. Meat being the first ingredient. Highly impressed so far!JW Pet Company Treat Puzzler Dog Toy, Small (Colors Vary)

Despite the previous review, this ball CANNOT get stuck on a dogs tongue (there was a recall of a different toy a while back, but it WAS NOT this one.) The Amaze-A-Ball is great! It has half-walls inside of it so the dog really has to work to get the treats over and between the sections and out the other end of the ball. It is very sturdy also. It won't stand up to a dog trying to shred it, but my dogs are more interested in getting the treats out (and trying to rip the holes bigger) but there's been no damage to this in almost a year! I'm buying another one.
UPDATE 2/4/2013
Almost 4 years later and this ball is still in perfect condition. I've used it with over a dozen clients' dogs and it is still in one piece. I recommend these all the time! The only downside is that they are "easy" for dogs who are already very accustomed to food dispensing toys. I like to use these for dogs new to the food-toys world, as they will succeed and therefor keep trying more quickly than a more difficult toy like a Tug a Jug or Buster Cube. These are still one of my favorites!!

I purchased one of these years ago and my dogs LOVE it! I wanted another and was pleased to see them available on Amazon. They are durable-good for large dogs. I have Chesapeakes and Saint Bernards-this one has lasted through two Chessies and now belongs to my three Saint Bernard puppies and they LOVE it! It bounces if you wanted to toss it (empty, of course!) or just allow your dog to roll it around on the floor or in a crate. I will fill it and give it to my older Chessie as a comfort toy in his crate during thunderstorms.Other treat balls that are made of two halves scare me-if your dog gets it apart-it could be splintered or broken. This one is easy to fill and takes treats from really small up to large dog kibble. The only small issue is not a design flaw as much as a puppy "quirk", but sometimes my puppies drop it in their large water dish and if the inside gets wet, you have to wait a day or two for it to really dry out before filling it. Another reason for me to get another one!

My 7lb chihuahua/mini pin mutt mix loves this ball. I bring him to the office & put his kibble in it to help keep him occupied. He caught on to it immediately and it keeps him busy for about 30 mins. I don't think this would hold up to a strong chewer because it is a soft flexible rubber but for dogs more inclined to roll or toss it around to get the treats out, it is great. The maze inside the ball helps to measure out the kibble a few pieces at a time & prolong the "fun". Great tool for pups who wolf down their food and the soft material makes it very quiet when it bumps into things.Read Best Reviews of JW Pet Company Treat Puzzler Dog Toy, Small (Colors Vary) Here
the ball is soft enough for my Boston Terrier to pick up and carry. The hole is too large for dog "food" for which I had ordered it. She loves the ball and likes playing with it. It is tough for she chews on it.Want JW Pet Company Treat Puzzler Dog Toy, Small (Colors Vary) Discount?
This ball is the best! My dog absolutely loves it. I have bought other treat dispenser toys and my dog has become a pro at getting treats out in a matter of seconds, which defeats the purpose of working for it and giving the dog mental stimulation. This ball with the maze inside solves the problem by making it more of a challenge to get the treats out and can keep an active dog busy for a while, which is nice.I lost our previous ball and couldn't find a replacement in the stores nearby anywhere and my dog and I really missed it, we had this ball for about 2 years and it held up well (Boston Terrier) so I will be purchasing a couple here, so glad I found it!
I have seen the video of the dog that got it's tongue stuck in the ball and had to have his tongue removed. It was a terrible story, very sad, this poor dog couldn't eat or drink on it's own. THIS IS NOT THAT BALL! The ball from the story had only 1 hole. Never buy a ball that has only one hole, this creates a suction. Any toy must have 2 holes, opposite sides so air can flow through and no suction is created.

As raven wrote, these bites are not chewy nor are they extra chewy as the package states. In fact, these bites are just a tad softer than some rocks. They are approximately an inch long and shaped like a bone with a pink filling (I bought the bacon-flavored version). I cut them a feat in itself into 6 pieces to use as training treats. My puppy does like them, but she is in the middle of losing her baby teeth and she can't chew them that well. She takes awhile eating 1/6th of a bite.
I am soaking a couple of bites in water to see if they will soften up so my puppy doesn't have to gum the pieces for 5min.

My two small dogs love the large ones also; in fact, it is the only so-called "chew-treat", such as bones, etc., that the one will even pay any attention to ! So I get these in mass quantities. Yes, they are all hard as a rock, and thus, they last and keep the pups busy, and as the classic adage could go in this case, the pups can, " chew & run away to live to chew another day" !Buy Barkery Chewy Bites 6-Ounce Now
