I bought this bed (in pink) for my 8 week-old Golden Retriever puppy. (I bought another one of these beds because my male Chihuahua has had one in a smaller size, in the blue color, for about two years and he still loves it.) Now my Golden Retriever sleeps on hers every night in her crate, and it has stood up to multiple washings. It's held up really well and still looks fairly new. It might have lost some of its initial fluffiness, as was expected, but because of the way the bed is sewn the filling doesn't pile up on one side of the pillow. It makes a great crate pad because the polyfill stays evenly spread throughout. The outer fabric is so soft, even after 6 weeks of owning it. The color is still nice and bright (see photos). I won't buy any other crate pads! Highly recommended!

My dog really enjoys his dog pillow. Actually, I've even caught my cat in his crate a few times, so it looks like they both do! The color, sage green, is very attractive, and the material is very soft. Fits perfectly in the crate.

We have two large dogs (mutts, but roughly one boxer and one lab, in size and shape). They like to chew, and have got through a lot of bedding in their time. This bed is much loved, and they don't chew it. They can just about both fit on at once, when they lie close together. We'll be buying another one. For the price, this seems great. It is not that thick, but it seems to keep the dogs happy.

I ordered this bed twice the first time I received the bed it didn't measure 42 inches it was short by 6 inches, I called amazon and they were very helpful and sent me a replacement and a return shipping label to send the defective bed back. After I received the second bed it also was short by like 2 inches I decided to go ahead and keep it due to the fact it was a nice bed (very soft) and I didn't want to go through this process again. I called the company (Pet Dreams) and they told me after awhile it would stretch out, it has been several weeks with it being washed and dried and still measures the same 2 inches short. I am complaining only because the bed was to fit perfectly into our crate which it says it will but actually does not. If it was just for the floor it would be fine.

I bought this about a month ago. My 20 pound terrier doesn't like this bed. She prefers the Midwest Quiet Time, which is thicker.
