(This refers to the medium.) My 35lb pit-mix rips through most materials except the heavy nyla plastic or Kong rubber. But I don't like her always chewing on the harder plastic because she has a chipped tooth. This is the best of both worlds and occupies her for hours. Even if you run out of the jerky discs, you can just put peanut butter in the grooves. This is probably my miniature schnauzer's favorite toy. He rarely tires of it, and it has held up for almost a year of daily chewing. He gnaws on it even if there are no treat discs on it, though he is more excited about it if he knows I put them on there.

I've used this product for about six months with my two Rat Terriers. It really does help to reduce the tartar build-up on their teeth. There's an enzyme that helps to break down existing tartar and helps keep it from attaching to their teeth. One suggestion, tho sprinkle the powder on the BOTTOM of the bowl before you add the food. This product is amazing! They wanted to do dental surgery on my little dog but then I found Dentatreat. Within weeks my dogs teeth were whiter and the gum swelling was gone. I have two German Shephard Dogs. My 10 month old has had diarreah for no apparent reason for some time (been checkd out by the vet). In the picture they make it look as if you are getting a full antler. However, it is cut in half long ways. Exposing the marrow inside which my dog made short work of (15 min). Then within a day or two the antler started splintering into tiny pieces and we had to get rid of it for our dogs safety. Originally found these at costco but they didn't get them back in. Much more expensive here but thought since four bags it wasn't too much more. Boy, I was wrong. TINY bags. Four not even close to one at other store and price was more than four times as high.This is an awesome product! My beagle goes crazy whenever she thinks I am giving her a few as a treat. Much more than other treats I have tried. I especially like the quality of the ingredients that are used. I only wish I could find them in stores so I wouldn't have to continually order on-line. Costco did carry these during the holidays, but discontinued them shortly thereafter.The ultimate test of a dog treat is whether the dogs like it. We have two, a lab and a corgi. They both like these treats.The dogs love the treats and I love knowing I am giving them a healthy treat that is good for them.

My toy shih-tzu prefers these over anything else, they smell and taste great, grain-free food is a must for him and these are a great break from his other grain-free products. Nutritious too. I give him 2-3 a day tops.

My cat gets very itchy in the late spring/early summer, and she scratches & licks herself incessantly. All the licking leads to fur balls. This oil seems to help a little bit with the itching, and it also makes it easier for her to get the furballs up. We also give her a version of laxotone. We only give her this oil every other day, and she's very finicky about it, but we found that if we bring her to her bowl first, THEN put the oil in the center of the bowl, she will eat it. So far I've found this product to be wonderful. I use it for both my cats and my dog. Even my picky eater cats don't mind when I put this on top of their wet food. I think it has really helped improve the coats of all the animals in my house, and I've also seen it have a positive effect on my two cats that have allergies. Omega 3s have been proven to have beneficial anti-inflammatory properties, and I can confirm that those properties from this fish oil have had positive impacts on all my animals, especially Ollie and Gypsy. Ollie is allergic to a lot of thing, including food allergies, skin and airborne allergies. While we control his food allergies with food, I've found that this fish oil has lessened the amount of skin and airborne allergy flare ups he has. I ran out of this product, and didn't reorder right away, and I could definitely tell a difference. Ollie is sensitive to most fish flavored cat food, even the limited ingredient types, but this fish oil does not cause him to have an allergic reaction, thank goodness.
