I like the concept of this toy w/these rawhide strips but they are very expensive and after much wear on the toy the rings do not stay on well so they do not last very long. Yes, my dogs are big agressive chewers but I was thinking the toy would last a little longer. My dogs all have sensitive stomachs, so I stick to NB's LID line. I thought I would add these to their diet because the sweet potato treat was making them, you know, too often. Within 24 hours all of my dogs were having stomach issues. You could hear the gurgling from another room. None of them ate for half a day also, most likely they were smart enough to wait for their stomachs to calm down. I tried these once more with the same result. FYI, I would gave them each 1 1/2 biscuits per day. These treats are perfect for our labrador who usually chomps through treats in less than 2 seconds. These are so crunchy that he actually has to take time to eat them. One of our granddogs has a sensitive stomach. She loves these treats. Our other granddog can eat nearly anything, but he loves them too. I ordered these last week and got them when promised. I also got the bag in stead of the bucket but that is the least of my worries. I have a 16 year old shepard/elkhound mix and has been having trouble with his hips and joints for a while now. I was buying his joint meds from Walmart and went back to get more and find out they don't sell it there anymore. I decided to look here on Amazon, I found them and also noticed these biskets and thought they were a better option and I was right. He is getting better and seems to like them. I have a 4 year old Westie who weighs about 17 pounds and is a very picky eater. She will chew these treats a couple of times a week with no complaints and I do believe it has reduced the plaque on her teeth. Please be careful with this product. My pug almost died today choking on one of the dog chews. I assume that the larger and smaller ones are fine, but my pug who weighs about 16 lbs (within the 11-25 lb suggestion) could not swallow the chew and got it stuck in her throat (after she chewed it until the point when it got wet and pliable). Thank god that my wife and I were in the living room to witness the accident. My dog fell over in convulsions while choking and my wife physically yanked the chew out of the dog's mouth. I never thought it would happen to my dogs. We are always home when we give these to our dogs because of the warnings of other users. I've been using this product for 8 months, and then my cockapoo tried to swallow a huge piece of this. She was chocking! My husband had to stick his finger down her throat and pull it out. I have a med.sized Malinois mix with really bad hips. I was hoping this would be better than the towels I've been using to stabilize her back end, but the soft harness has no inner support, so it just slips to the thinnest part of her abdomen, which is her bladder--which is the same problem I was having with the towels. This is a quality lift and had the circumstances been different I would have kept it. As it was, I needed it for a very thin Airedale with a broken front leg. It worked great going UP steps, but slipped off going DOWN steps because his back end is so thin. The size smaller wouldn't have fit his chest right. His size also was a bit too long for a male dog and irritated his 'dangly bits'... Would have been perfect for my female dog except was a size too small. This chew in the "wolf-size" lasted my 22lb dog about a minute. He easily broke the bone into large chunks and swallowed them. I would not recommend these as a long lasting treat though they are apparently tasty. This seems to be made of a type of artificial bone that crumbles into little round pieces. Perfect if your dogs get bleeding gums/other injuries from regular bones. Would have given this product a 4 star but they did not warn me that the bone was re-engineered or changed in some artificial manner so that it breaks off in these tiny little round bits.
