I received a Kyjen Tennis Slider to review, and at first I was skeptical. It seemed flimsy and gimmicky. My two dogs changed my mind, and a friend's dog has also tried it and given her approval too! All three dogs thoroughly enjoyed learning to move the individual flaps of the puzzle toy to release one and then both tennis balls, and then moving the center piece to slide up or down, revealing treats! All of the dogs figured the puzzle out within minutes, and each has their own style. My Rott paws it open, bashing it with his giant paws. My Lab nosed it for a while, then picked it up and tossed it. My friend's Terrier mix nosed it open. This is a great way to keep the dogs thinking and to give an outlet for some mental energy. I thought it was flimsy, but so far even with the abuse dished out by close to 200 lbs of dog so far, it only has a few minor scratches, so I would say it is holding up nicely!

The bad: the dogs solve it too quickly, and there is no way to make it harder. Additionally, I am not sure how it will hold up in the long term, but I will let you know!

Our standard poodle figured out this TENNIS SLIDER TOY in 1.5 minutes flat. Entertaining....while it lasted....I liked the idea of the treat pockets. So did the dog. The MYSTERY TREE PUZZLE was not much of a puzzle as they could see the tennis ball. One dog just picked it up and turned it upside down...then retrieved the ball. Oh well.

Took a while for my dog to figure this one out, which is great! Got to the treats hidden under middle slider then took some time for him to open sides afterwards. Great for dogs who have high energy.

Our dog at through this thing like Grant went though Richmond, and it came out in much the same fashion. Would suggest limiting the amount of time one leaves the dog with the rawhide bone.... this is a rawhide issue, not a brand issue. We did find great success with Antlers (deer, elk, etc). Dog loves em, they're very hard and last a long time.

This is a terrible choice for any dog. The first and primary ingredient is SUGAR! Next is corn flour and then wheat gluten and other true junk ingredients. When I saw the contents, I just threw the bag away.

I love to use these since I am able to vary the qty to match the action. For patterned behaviors she gets one but for completion of new tricks she gets several. These are the best dog treats I have found for training my 4 month old puppy. They are small and very desirable treats that my dog enjoys. Small treats are great for training because you can give quite a few of them versus the larger treats. The bag of treats also lasts a long time because they are small. I will continue to use these treats with my dog!

All of the my dogs love these, even my oldest one, who has never liked anything peanut butter flavored. I use these to train my youngest dog, which have given me quick and good results, and give these as snack to my oldest dog, who is in congestive heart failure.

I like these for my dogs because they are healthy, nutritious and made out of wholesome organic ingredients, and best of all, they are low in sodium. I contacted Wet Noses' customer service to find out the sodium/salt content of these treats and was informed that each star contains 0.01% of sodium/salt. This is great news for me since I have to watch the amount of sodium my dog intakes, and there aren't many dog treats out there that can boast a low sodium level. I feel good about giving these treats to my dogs.

I have also tried the sweet potato Little Stars on my dogs, which they like but they love these. And I have given my dogs the Peanut Butter & Molasses biscuits, they will sometimes eat them and sometimes not.

I buy these from Wet Noses website in bulk, which in the end comes out cheaper than buying the small packs.

My dog hasn't tried the beer yet but I wanted to advise anyone who might want to buy this product. Even though the picture shows the 6-pack container and the description says Pack of 6 you just get 6 loose bottles of the beer. Not quite as cute for a gift for someone without the holder.

I will say that Amazon resolved this issue not only to, but way past, my expectation when I brought it to their attention.

Bought a pack for my dogs. Arrives in a pack of six with a holder. Nice to have as a novelty item, but none of my dogs are willing to drink it... I've even tried to trick them but failed.

Hopefully they will like it after continuos trials... if not then, like I said it is a nice little novelty item.

We got this in our barkbox monthly delivery and my boxer LOVES it. I pour it on top of his dry food and he mows through it quicker than I've ever seen him before (thank goodness he has a slow feeder bowl so he is at least forced to breathe). My dog loved it. He gets acid indigestion sometimes and won't eat anything, not even treats! I had a sample of this stuff recently through BarkBox, and when he had his belly ache and was refusing to eat, I gave him a little doggy beer (seemed like it had some nutritional value) and he actually drank it. It seemed to make his belly feel a little better so he ate his food afterward. I'll buy some more and keep it around just for that, it's better than cooking eggs which is the other only thing he'll eat when his belly hurts.

I bought one of these while in Aruba, to bring back a rescued animal. This thing is fantastic for both plane rides and car trips. It expands so the animal has more room and can easily see. Also easy to open to slip a treat or pet. It also collapses and zips together when not in use, altho that part is a little tricky for me (was never good with rubiks cubes) !

I need another one for my second cat when we go on road trips, they always fight over who gets this one!

I have a dog allergic to everything under the sun and this is the first dog biscuit I have found that he can have and of course I couldn't find it at a local store. As far as popular and commercially-available guinea pig pellets go, Kaytee Timothy Complete is one of the better choices, seeing as it doesn't have all those "extras" -corn, seeds, colored crunchies that resemble dry cat food -mixed in. (Stay away from the brands that have all the "extras" in the pellet mix, as they present a choking hazard and are nutritionally inadequate.)

My adult GPs liked the Kaytee Timothy Complete pellet perfectly fine; but then I started boycotting PetSmart and was forced to find pellets elsewhere. It's a good thing, too, because then I found the Oxbow Cavy Cuisine pellet. Oxbow is the best brand available due to nutrient content, freshness, digestibility, and far fewer preservatives. My piggies LOVE the Oxbow pellets and flat-out refuse to eat the Kaytee pellets now.

Go for the Oxbow Cavy Cuisine Timothy-based pellet (for adult GPs) or the Oxbow Cavy Performance Alfalfa-based pellet (for pups & pregnant females). They come in a red pouch, and you can get them for a very reasonable price if you shop around a little. However, if you can't find Oxbow, this Kaytee Timothy Complete pellet is probably your next best bet, given your options.

Update: Thanks to another reviewer on this page for pointing out one of the many toxic preservatives in this pellet. Most people would be surprised to see how many toxins are used as preservatives in the vast majority of pet foods. Please have enough love for your guinea pigs to do some research and find them the best pellet available! Your vet will be able to provide some guidance.

This gives the guinea pigs a balanced diet combined with the Hay and a few treats of various vegetables. All six of our pigs are well cared for.

This is the first time I've bought guinea pig food for our two new family members. I've bought Kaytee products in the past for other pets so I thought it had a good reputation.

Our pigs seem to like it but really, they don't have a choice do they? I'll try another brand next time and see if there is any difference in their eating habits. For now, it disappears and they are growing.

I have two guinea pigs and they love this food. I changed to jojo's brand because it supposed to be "more natural" and I almost lost one of my guineas. After many trips to the vet(due to severe stomach issues),she barely made it. I went back to this guinea pig food and they are healthy and happy again. The vet told me that this was a good choice because hay is one of the main ingredients and not corn like the jojo's brand.

Update: After reading some comments about the preservatives in this food, I decided to change to the Oxbox pellets. If I cannot find Oxbox produts, these pellets still would be my next choice.

I've been using this product for a while. The pigs like it but def will prefer fresh hay, veggies, and fruits over this. It's basic without extra ingredients that the pigs wont need. (seeds, mystery pellets, etc). Definitely all natural.

I recommend this product as the basic food to give your pigs while supplementing with other veggies, fresh hay and vitamins.
