Overall I like the stroller but when it came it had no carter pins to hold the back wheels on nor the hubcap covers to match the front wheels.Those kind of omissions are frustating to say the least.

I normally am pretty happy with whatever I order via amazon.
Though this product disappointed me.
I really liked the image/color of the product and was lured in my the great reviews, but
when the item arrived I got a bit disappointed. The quality is rather cheap, smells (to the point of my other, larger dog running away from it), the material looks/feels rather flimsy (yes you can see through certain stitches and folds change color as to start getting brittle, which I hope won't happen! The tires are cheap plastic, look weak and don't turn well either. -as is the odd cup holder)
The bottom piece is out of a thin piece of pliewood-ish cardboard to push into the bottom and the instructiions are quite bad ...(as remarked by many reviews of theese strollers).
The instructions also state that the max weight it 16 kgs to NOT put two or more then to pets in this stroller..so if the max weight was 16 kgs (a lot) would it be still safe to have two pets in there that are way less?? Because thats what I intended it for, after seeing my friend's stroller (which was a better and more leak proof variety, better quality and sadly more pricy...though sadly probably well worth it). It is also advise to never lift the stroller with pets inside, as the basket is rather flippy and not locked in place besides on weak velcow latches. On the upside the color is pretty, the sizing is good and it comes with a free rain cover (not high quality/sturdy either, but an all right feature).
I will see how the stroller thing works out for me and the dog (I am not into strollers, but my dog has health issues and so do I, so carrying her all over wouldn't work).
Though should we like it, I probably will upgrade to a medium price variety with three wheels for easier movements (in fact, I wish I had ordered a three wheeler!).
I would return this item but due to me having to asseble and unwrap everything prior to getting a good idea of it, I probably wo't be able to return unless I go through a lot of emailing and requesting first, since there was no invoice, packing slip OR return label on this item unfortunately. So I'll save myself the trouble.

Its normal for me to do my homework whenever i make a purchase that i expect to give me a long time of service. I checked other strollers online and in the stores. This same stroller was $125 in the store. So when i found it online i was delighted. It arrived in three days. It was easy to put together. The wheel problem (of falling off) was MY ERROR I didnt put them on correctly. Once installed the right way, they did beautifully. I took my little puppy for a walk to see how she would do and when we got home, she didnt want to get out of it! She loved it. It was easy to push and handle. And i can now take walks after dinner and take the little one with me. I like having the cup holder and a place to put my keys, too. My walk is usually a long one and her little legs get too tired after a few blocks. This stroller solves that problem.
Dont hesitate. This is a real delight. I was very happy with the quality of my purchase

My mom had always wanted a pet stroller for her chihuahua so as a mothers day present, I decided I'd finally get her one. It works great and has plenty of space to put stuff underneath. Now every time she wants to go to an art festival or to a farmers market, my dad folds it up and sticks it in the back of his mini cooper (it fits very nicely and is easy to fold and unfold.) Her friends are always jealous when they go out, because theirs aren't as nice ^-^

The stroller required some assembly. From day 1 it was never stable. The assembly & wheels were unbalanced and so one wheel would rotate and it never quite rolled right. I asked the seller about it and was given no assistance whatsoever. When I contacted them about replacement wheels (the double rear wheels) I was told they'd be $15 a piece to replace. That's more than half the cost of the stroller. My little dog is quite capable of walking on his own, but there are times when he's with me and it's less complicated or safer to have him in the stroller, such as walking around shopping villages or on crowded streets. Unfortunately, this was a complete waste of money. :(
