The dog loves them, which is good for her, but for those of us who have to be around her after a heavy treat day it is beyond rough. We cut it down to between 2-4/week and her gut seems okay for it.

Our puppy was having issues with her current food and we have used taste of the wild on our English Springer and it worked on him.

It worked on her, however she is a bichon frise and she is kind of getting bored with the taste. Picky dog, I think it tastes just fine.

Everything was fine for me, but my dog wasn't so keen on the food. We had to find something else.

Want Taste of the Wild Grain-Free High Prairie Dry Dog Food for Puppy, 5-Pound Bag Discount?

I readily admit to being somewhat neutral on natural foods of most types. Often they are overpriced and under tasty. Taste of the Wild appears to be neither. I say appears because I have eaten none of it; however, our now 4 month old Biewer has and she has turned into a flying terror. It amazes me how a 4 pound puppy can go from one end of the house to another in record setting time. And she does it several times in a row. The resident old folks are lucky to know where the next room is much less run to it. I have said over the years that the proof of pet products is not in the words of the PR department but in the desire to consume the product often; not just one time at the begging of the boss. Taste of the Wild is that go to food for our pets now. Even though one of the dogs is over 14 years old he loves it as a snack while the pup has learned how to push aside other offerings. Now, I will have to research what food comes next.

Thank you Amazon for carrying this bulk box of Dog Biscuits! Seriously, 20lbs of medium sized dog treats will last a LONG time.

I wanted to buy in bulk since my Dogs are constantly going through treats and I don't feel like its worth it to spend money over and over on snacks that only last a few days in my house.

This is how I will be buying their cookies from now on. :o)

Halo Spot's Stew Natural Dry Cat Food, Indoor Cat, Wholesome Chicken Recipe, 6-Pound Bag

Customer Ratings:
List Price: $19.99

My little 8 year old Devon Rex has always had a very sensitive stomach and probably has IBS. I have tried possibly all brands of pet food, and she had been doing OK, not great, on the California Natural brand. Lately her tummy has been acting again (I'll spare you the unpleasant details on how I found out) so I decided it was time to try something else, and that's when I found the Halo food at my local Whole Foods.

It's very expensive, but I thought it might be worth a try.

Well, a month later, I'm pleased to report 200% success. The Devon's stomach is settled, and my other cat (a 2 year old rescue mutt) is doing great on it as well.

The unexpected benefit? No more stinky poo smell in the room where the litterbox is! This alone would be worth the higher price, but it's also good in these days of tainted pet food to know the manufacturer is dedicated to producing healthy, nutritious food for our beloved pets.

Well worth the premium price and highly recommended. Try getting the 20lbs bag if you can as it's significantly cheaper per pound than the 3 and 6 pound bags.

The ingredients are great. I could even eat this stuff if I wanted to (I don't, but just saying). My cats seem healthier and more energetic. I agree with other reviewers that the litter box odor is gone. I was feeding Nutro, but after all the recalls, I started doing some research. I'm glad I made the switch. It's worth every cent.

I switched my 2 indoor cats to this recently and am so glad. I did not order it here but had my local pet store special order it for me.They have been on Wellness and Blue Spa Selects which are both good foods but were having issues with them.Without going into the unpleasant details I will just say this is the only one they don't have litter box problems with.My male cat especially has had a great improvement on this food. They both love it and I don't ever want to try anything else again!

Update Dec. 2010

My older cat had to be switched to the sensitive formula(turkey). She was vomiting and after a checkup and blood test from the vet with everything normal she suggested trying a sensitive stomach food.I have both of them on that and they are both doing great.I also like that Halo doesn't do invasive testing on live animals. That is important to me. Both formulas are good, it just depends on your cat.

Over the past year one of our cats was vomiting at least three times a week. The vet did numerous tests but couldn't find a reason for the vomiting, so we decided to finally try a different food. At first neither cat would eat Halo, they would just stare at the bowl and meow, so we mixed in some of their old food (Purina One). The cats would try to eat only the Purina One pieces, but then eventually started eating the Halo also. Over the next few days we decreased the amount of Purina One and the cats gradually started eating the Halo. It has been about 5 weeks since the cats have been exclusively eating Halo (we've tried the seafood and chicken), so far neither cat has vomited. Although Halo is more expensive than other cat foods, we are very happy that the cats are eating a healthier diet and that we no longer have to constantly clean up vomit.

Want Halo Spot's Stew Natural Dry Cat Food, Indoor Cat, Wholesome Chicken Recipe, 6-Pound Bag Discount?

I'd been wanting to upgrade my cat's food. I've done this in the past, and many times cats won't care for the "healthy" and expensive food you've bought for them (I wish these cat food companies would provide smaller, sample size bags). Anyway...after once again perusing the shelves of my local big box pet store, I decided to take a chance on HALO. It has no corn or wheat, which I've read can cause problems for cats. Many of the expensive cat foods still contain these ingredients. When I got home, I opened the HALO bag and my cat was instantly EXTREMELY interested. You'd think it was a humongous bag of cat nip! He loves it, and has learned how to open the cabinet door to get to it! I have to find another container and transfer the cat food to it, because he's chewed the top part of the HALO bag.

HALO is expensive, relative to grocery store brands, but I believe I'm getting what I pay for. I've found I can feed my cat a smaller quantity of this quality food, because it is full of nutritious ingredients, instead of fillers(like corn) that cheaper brands contain. Also, as other reviewers have noted, the cat poop doesn't stink anymore. Living in a small home, that is a great benefit!

Trying to cut down on the cost and size of dog pig ears I purchased these after reading the reviews. They are a great size for small to medium dogs but rather small for large dogs. I'm just afraid they are going to choke on them so far neither one of the dogs have. But the item is as described and there are plenty of them! I may find that these work well I am glad that they are smaller than the pig ears because too much of a good thing isn't always good. I usually vacuum my couches and mattresses, etc. like you're supposed to. I bought this because I was moving my two cats in to a new place with my very allergic and asthmatic boyfriend. So before we moved I used this on everything I could and then vacuumed WAY more yuck came out of all my stuff and I think it has definitely made a difference in my stuff (in combo with the other measures I took like new bedding, filters, and allerpet-c). His allergies and asthma are better in our new 2-cat household than they were in his no-cat one!

The instructions on the back say "do not use on white or off white" YIKES all my carpet-white, my mattress-white. The instructions go on to say its not recommended to "wet" clean after use, only chemical or dry clean. well i have a puppy and white carpet, so i "wet" clean all the time. I called the company they were very nice, and suggested i try ADMS spray. so returned the AMs spray with out using it. I wish those instructions were on the Amazon description that would have saved some time and hassle. Im just tying the ADMS spray today and fingers crossed it will work.

This stuff is amazing! I have been searching for relief from my allergies for over a year now. Both my husband and I suffer from severe indoor allergies and now have Asthma. Since using this I have not needed my allergy medications or my inhaler! Amazing!!!I used this on my couch, recliner, Turkish rug, floormats, cat tower and cat beds and then vacuumed several hours later. It did not discolor any fabric. It did not have a strong odor. The bottle suggests re-treating every 60 days. You do not need to soak the fabric you are treating, just mist.

We have a 10 pound Maltese mix and this is the perfect size for her. However, after we filled the treat sections and she played with it for little while, the "rollers" for the flip 'n flap compartments ceased to work, apparently because of poor internal construction. There is no way we can see to get to the inside to make adjustments. The only reason I gave it two stars was because she seemed to have fun with it when it worked and she also seems to have figured out the slider sections and eventually got all the treats out. We may be returning this if we can't figure out how to fix it.

Our dog has gone through her share of thinking toys like the bees in the hive and the birds in the bird house. In addition to getting those types of toys out very easily, she will also remove all the stuffing and render it useless after a short amount of time. With this toy however we have high hopes that we can alternate it into her thinking games for a long time. When I first set it up I put a toy in every slot including the one circular opening that will remain uncovered. The uncovered one was he first she went for and she sniffed around at all the others. Honestly she lost interest initially so I sat with her and showed her how to push around the covers and praised her as she got it right. This type of a toy requires more serious thinking than burrowing or throwing it about so if your dog's attention is limited or if they are not treat driven this may not be a toy to consider

Was my little pup smart enough to manipulate the flaps and expose the treats? Certainly. Was he then smart enough to chew the flaps off so he wouldn't have to waste his time manipulating them? Certainly. So don't waste your own time with this product unless you want to do close and constant supervision. It's not a durable toy.

My dog Einstein has every dog puzzle made! He loves all of this toys and this one is no exception.

It took him longer to figure this out out than his other toys, and that's a good thing. He's a smart puggle and if treats are involved, he'll keep at it until he figures it out! I go through a lot of treats with easier puzzles. Thankfully, he thinks frozen mixed vegetables are a treat, so at least it's healthy!

It took him just over 10 minutes to solve the puzzle, and tried to "cheat" along the way. Using wheels to make the flaps go up is genius and I honestly didn't think he'd figure it out. Here's a quick video of him figuring it out:I mentioned that I wished it was plastic, like his other puzzles. This is pressed wood and I don't think the wheel mechanism will hang in there for very long because he uses his teeth to try to get the wheels to turn.

Other than that, I'd highly recommend this toy if you have a smart pup!

Want Ethical Pet Seek-A-Treat Flip 'N Flap Dog Puzzle Discount?

within 3 minutes of using this toy fell apart. I have a 23 pound english cocker spaniel and the toy did not last. She did not chew on anything but the door flaps fell off right away.

The other item that is tough is that there is no real way to clean this toy since its made out of cheap wood? carboard?

My veterinary dermatologist recommended these for my 1 year old yellow lab as a crunchy replacement for rawhides while we try to figure out what he is allergic to. He absolutely loves them! A large piece only lasts for a few minutes for him, so they're not really a replacement for the rawhides, but at least it gives him something crunchy to chew on to clean his teeth and satisfy his need to chew. The vet told me that they would stain my carpet, but they don't. My only complaint is that they are a little expensive.

I like buying "natural" dog treats. I normally buy antlers or rawhide (made in the USA), but I thought I'd give this bully stick a try. Wow, this is NOT what I was expecting.

The three big surprises were:

1.) Yes, this DOES smell. And it smells really bad.

2.) Doesn't last long. My dog is a strong chewer; if we hadn't taken it away, he would have eaten it in one sitting.

3.) Do you know what a bully stick is made of? Beef pizzle. What, you ask, is beef pizzle? BULL PENIS. No joke. Google it.
