The Nylabone descriptions in Amazon leave alot to be desired; most don't indicate the size of the bone. I wanted a hybrid hard/soft bone appropriate for my 60lb Golden Retriever. Some of the reviews I read indicated that the nylabone product they received was too small for their dog, so I searched hard for a bone that was large. This bone (model NTG705P) is a little to big and heavy for my dog. She chews on it, but it is difficult for her to pick up, and it drops with a loud crack.

I bought this toy to keep my heavy chewing german shepherd busy. It worked great until he spent some time on the rubber "teeth" in the middle. If you dog tries hard enough, he will be able to rip the rubber apart and leave it on your floor for you. I still use the toy, but only when I can monitor. I didn't realize that the ends were bacon flavored, and when I smelled them they smell kind of funny.My lab will chew on and through anything and for some reason he's not as excited about chewing on this toy. Eventually he was excited to play with it but he doesn't hoard it the way he does his other chew toys. Maybe it's just him and not the toy.
As far as durability it's great, my mega chewer hasn't made any marks and you can tell that it's good for his teeth and gums. I wish I'd bought this earlier for him!

We love nylabone in our home! My 1y/o chocolate lab power chewer loves this toy. Like any nylabone, you need to watch your toes when he drops it, but he really seems to enjoy this chew toy and it's holding up well. If it helps keep his teeth clean that's a bonus that I can neither attest nor deny.

I always like to try any treats that combine healthy benefits like probiotics or glucosamine/chondroitin etc. Always a great concept to try to get these into your dogs easily in the form of a tasty treat. I bough the Tummy and the Hip/Joint Cloud Star Functional Treats. My two dogs unfortunately did not find either of them to be a treat. I have ended up grinding them up into their dog food so they at least can benefit from the lactobacillus acidophilus, glucosamine, and chondroitin sulfate in the "treats". Plus, absolutely vital that these treats are made in USA (I also will purchase dog foods made in Canada or New Zealand as well).
If your dogs find them tasty, go for it. Made in USA by a very reputable company like Cloud Star with the supplemental benefits offeredmake them a great goodie for your loved furry beasts-if they take to them. Too bad my picky dogs don't find them tasty.

I have a confession to make: I don't own a dog. However, I do have a lot of little doggy friends I puppysit on a weekly basis that will happily volunteer to test new treats and toys if it's for the betterment of caninekind. So when Swaggable gave me the chance to try Dynamo Dog Functional Treats (Hip & Joint Formula) for free, I didn't hesitate. Too many hopeful dog ears perked up waiting for my response.Three weeks later, I received a plastic sample bag with five Cheese & Bacon flavored treats inside. The treats were soft to the touch and easy to cut in half. I immediately noticed the ingredients labeled prominently on the package and, the more I read, the more impressed I became.

I'm happy to say that it tasted quite good, much like beef jerky, and I didn't experience any ill effects or upset tummy afterwards.
Unfortunately, while I was preoccupied with my own personal taste test, Miss Daisy (the billy goat disguised as a basset hound) managed to climb up onto the counter and snag the last treat for herself -to poor Ellie's utter disappointment. So now I'm off to the store in search of more dynamic doggy goodness!

OXO a great name and always good quality and construction. So easy to open and close and truly airtight. Good size and can be used for many other things you want to keep fresh and moisture free. After using these, you won't want any other brand / kind. They are not dishwasher safe and can't be used in the microwave. The company has a good web sight that shows how to disassemble the lid for cleaning and also states that the containers are safe for refrigerator and freezer use; however when exposed to extreme temperature fluctuations the Container lid may lift due to changes in air pressure. Myself, I would not to breakdown the rubber gasket that keeps it airtight.

Found this much cheaper at my local grocery store (around $3). I wanted something for my vizsla 17 week old that would not be destroyed quickly. He's had it nearly a week and its his favorite chew. He will literally chew it each weekday evening for hours allowing us to unwind without a puppy jumping on us.
I noticed that the initial coating left a ring around his nose, but it didn't take long for him to discover that he could lick it off. I haven't noticed any staining of furniture or rugs, which is nice. I'll definitely buy this again.

picked up a bag of these from the store because i was looking for something to clean the dog's breath and she also seems to love plants. I personally think these are very smelly but my dog (who until these biscuits was not treat motivated) loves them and now i can even use them as rewards and treats where normal treats don't work. They probably are not for every dog so i'd try a bag first but now i cannot go without them. And they do seem to make her doggy breath better as well. Probably not as effective as brushing her teeth but good for the interim.

My dogs are 13 and 14 years old. We have their teeth cleaned but after a while the doggie breath is back. I've bought other products, some they liked, some they wouldn't even touch(too much mint). I thought I'd try these as alternative to Milk-Bone Traditional Bone Shaped Biscuits For Dogs. I'm glad I tried these because my dog goes absolutely crazy for these biscuits, even more than for a tidbit from the table. The size of this bisuit is about like a medium milk-bone. The ingredients list, including the added vitamins and minerals, are about the same as for milkbones, but these have 20% protein as opposed to 15% in milk-bones. I have not noticed any improvement in my dogs breath or tartar build-up since switching from milk-bones, but they are also no worse. I assume the calories are about the same in both products, so I am equally cautious in conrolling how often my dog gets these.I get my dog's teeth cleaned every 2 years because I know that biscuits are not sufficient, but, since I'm not able to get my dog to let me brush his teeth, I will continue to give these to my dog.

I love these for my dog. She loved her Milkbones and from time to time will still get a Snawsome, but these are her favorite. And the bonus is that her breath is improving. She isn't healthy enough for a dental cleaning, and this is a happy medium for us all. Her teeth seem cleaner.
