We just got a bunny a bit over a week ago and this was one of the first items we bought or his cage. It took a day or two but he really seems to like it now. He rolls it around at night and chews on it a bit too. Seems like a good toy for a bunny.

I have three female guinea pigs that are absolutely in love with this grass ball.

This little piggie likes to shove the grass ball around during her floor time.

This little piggie likes to both front feet on the grass ball for a better grip while trying to eat her way through it.

This little piggie likes to put her nose under the ball to see how high she can flip it into the air.

We are all very happy about this product :)

Pawbreakers Catnip Natural Treats, Plus

Customer Ratings:
List Price: Price Unavailable
Sale Price: $7.14

I thought these would be a five-star item, but I have to rate it based on my cats' responses.

Of course, every cat is different, just like people, so take my review with that in mind.

I thought the idea of a compressed ball of 'nip was great. I imagined the cats gnawing on it,

rolling it, etc etc. Well, they are only partially interested. Part of the problem might be that

it blends in to our carpet really well. (Note that this hurts like a son-of-a-gun if you step on

it with bare feet!) But I think they have better vision than I do, so I think it is more ME that

has a hard time seeing it than they do!

There is mild interest. Cat 1 will occasionally look at it, give it a lick or two, and move along.

Cat 2 will swat it once in a while, trying to get it to roll under my son's bed where she has one

of her stashes of toys, but that's all. She doesn't chew or lick it.

Both are catnip addicts, so it isn't that they don't respond to the nip. Not sure what it is.

I don't regret the purchase, but it wasn't nearly as fun for them as I had thought it might be.

I tried a larger catnip ball that had catnip on it and my cat licked it and the small amount of catnip came off and it was cardboard underneath. After that he walked away. This doesn't happen with these balls. He loves the way they roll so quickly and when he catches it, he holds it in his paws and licks, bites, and even tries to kick it with his feet. He seems to feel like he really got "IT". Was surprised as he doesn't like balls normally. I have great pictures but should have taken video. Really great product. Ordering more now.

Addition: I received the new order very quickly but thought I had ordered 2 balls. The picture was somewhat misleading but the add is accurate. There is only one ball for the price. Worth it but just a warning.

Why four stars instead of five? The Pawbreakers rolled away when I wasn't looking more than one time

Sentry Medi-Wrap for Dogs Peanut Butter Flavor

Customer Ratings:
List Price: Price Unavailable
Sale Price: $6.72
Today's Bonus:

After paying full local retailer price it was great to find the Sentry Medi-Wraps at such a great price. They arrived promptly and above all the first bag opened was completely fresh.

Freshness is important with this product. It should have about the consistency of Playdough perhaps a touch dryer. Sometimes one or a few will be dryer and those just become treats because they won't form around the pill. When they are fresh I can break them in two and use just 1/2 to wrap a pill the size of an aspirin. If you get a bag that is all dried I suggest contacting the place you purchased it for an exchange. Make sure to use the built-in zip lock to keep them fresh after opening.

The dog loves them and they have almost no odor so I like them too.

Hope this helps.

My dog was just diagnosed with Flea Dermatitis. His Vet prescribed him some tablets that help with the itching, and some pills that are antibiotics which make sure no infections start. I went to the nearby Petco because I knew first off it would probably be a challenge to give my dog his medicine since it isn't "treat" flavored like vitamins/other medicine such as Comfortis. I first saw the Greenies brand and was sort of scared of the price. About $12.99 for the 25 count bag that was only good for the tablets and about $9.99 for the 30 count bag good for the pills (I know those were the two prices but I might have switched them around on accident). Well since this is the first time I have ever had to give medicine to my dog, I wanted to look more. I found these which were $8.99 and noticed that it was good for all size medicine. I grabbed these because I didn't have to get two different bags for the two different sizes. Brought it home, and hid the medicine in the "treat" for my dog. It's kind of messyit will probably crumble a little bit. But it did the job for my dog. I was able to squish it and hide the medicine in the little treat. For the bigger "pill", not the tabletit was only a TINY bit harder because it was so big and the treat was almost not big enough. But with bit more tweaking of the treat (it's very soft and easy to "transform") I was able to administer it to my dog so he could take. Only once has he been able to "not" take the pill and that was the first time administering. I let him eat it out of my hand and keep holding my hand out below his mouth-works really well, not sure if he knows he can't move it to the ground and chew it up? Not sure. But ANYWAYS, unfortunately I cannot compare it to the name brand Greenies. Not sure if that one crumbles also and not sure if you could just buy one bag and any size medication will fit even if the bag says it only fits a certain kind. But it is definitely working for me and I am satisfied.

That's the sound my cats make when I give them these. Ha! They don't know that I am secretly cleaning their teeth at the same time!

PSlittle hintat some grocery stores they sell little packs of live wheatgrass, which makes excellent "kitty grass" and is cheaper.

My cats love Feline Greenies Dental Treats. We've been alternating between the Feline Greenies Dental Treats Oven Roasted Chicken for Cats, 5.5-Ounce and salmon and tuna flavors--four or five pieces apiece every night. Now I've discovered here on Amazon this "Catnip" flavor that I've never seen in supermarkets or pet stores. I'd been wondering (a) if it'd be an even bigger hit than chicken and fish, also, (b) if some sort of drunken rolling-around behavior would come along with it. Nope. It hasn't. My cats really don't seem to care what flavor their Greenies come in, just so long as they're Greenies.

My thick-coated male cat also likes Greenies Smartbites Hairball Control Chicken Cat Treats, 2.1-Ounce, which are also sold here on Amazon in tuna flavored 6-packs. Greenies Smartbite Hairball Pack 6 flavor:Tuna. These treats seem to help a lot when the weather warms, cat coats shed and much more hair than usual gets swallowed during self grooming. I credit it with a barf-free summer of 2013.

Upshot: If Greenies makes it, my guys will try it.

Diamond Chicken Flavor Dry Dog Food for Puppy

This dog food has all the ingredients you don't want in a dog food corn, by-products, etc. For about the same price, Diamond has their Naturals line that is MUCH BETTER in terms of quality. Diamond Naturals Puppy food doesn't have corn or by-products.

I honestly don't know why Diamond puts out this awful dog food when they can make quality ones for right about the same price given the choice, who would take the one for less quality?

Our puppy was on this when we got her, we bought a small bag and slowly changed her food to the Diamond Naturals for Large Breed puppies, and the difference is fantastic. We'll stick with the Naturals, and never have her go back to this variety.

This did not work for our puppy. It left her with quite the upset tummy. It was the food she came home from the breeder on, but something must have changed when she got home. We have since made the switch to eukanuba and she is a much happier pup! Plus, I am happier too since I'm no longer cleaning up after her all the time! As always, Amazon was great, but I would not recommend this food for your puppy.

I have a 7-month old terrier/german shep mix (a pound puppy, yes) who seems like she's going to end up around 50 or 60 pounds. I did a lot of research before I went with this brand I can't afford the high-end food but don't want to settle for cheap stuff just cuz the price is right and this fell right in the middle. It came highly recommended and comes out to about a dollar a day for Betsy. She likes it and seems to be benefitting from it her coat looks nice, her body is filling out in the right places but she's not fat at all. However, I have never seen a dog poop soooooo much! At first I thought it was just the change in her diet from street food to good food but she's been on it for almost 2 months now and it's not letting up. She's healthy, has had all her shots, is in great condition, and eats the right amount according to the chart on the bag. But wow! I was under the impression that the better the food the LESS they poop... not the case with this. At least 3 times a day, minimum, and lots of it. I can only attribute it to the food and will change it when this second bag is gone.

Please be aware that this order is for the 4 oz bag, not the 12 oz bag. For this price I made the mistake of assuming it was the 12 oz bag since a quick glance didn't reveal the size, but this is a total rip-off. Don't pay this price for a small bag, look for other vendors that sell the same product for much less.

My dogs have allergies and the vet suggested changing their diets to Venison. I changed the food but had a hard time finding Venison treats. I finally found some at a local pet store but they were very expensive. I started checking out web sites for this product and was lucky to find them on Amazon.com. The price was about half and I can afford to keep my dogs (Winston & Dexter) healthy. They seem to be finding ways to be praised and get more treats!!! Just another bargain on Amazon.

I checked out the ingredients for these products on 2 websites and nowhere did it mention MSB (menedione sodium bisulfate). Four of the varieties have that synthetic vitamin K in them and I will not give that to my pets. If I would have known that, and wanted to give that to my cats, I could have gotten the Natural Value brand for less than 1/2 the price! I thought I could pay more to give them a different type of food for variety that did not include a synthetic ingredient under the label of "all natural". This chemical builds up in their systems and in tests has caused lesions on the internal organs. Even animals who weren't given it all the time, had it in their systems when they died. Do your research and google "Menedione sodium bisulfate" for a wealth of information. By the way, Natural Value does add it to their small cans of food but it isn't in the pate formulas or the larger cans of tuna, which they now offer at Amazon on subscribe and save. I will give my cats the ones that don't contain this harmful ingredient, but won't buy this configuration again.

UPDATE: 4-3-2011

I sent a letter with my concerns to Petropics, the maker of this food, and I was pleasantly surprised to get a response within 24 hours! They are now making this food, all the varieties, without MSB. I was not only impressed with the company, but also thrilled that they are making it without the synthetic. My cats love it and that makes me justify the price. It is a little higher, but actually it is still in the ballpark.

But I still believe it is an excellent cat food, for the right kind of cat. Tiki Cat is definitely a top of the line cat food: I opened up one can to find a perfectly round ring of calamari resting atop succulent morsels of fish. My problem is that when I ordered this variety pack I neglected to keep in mind that my boys don't really care for wet food that comes in chunks or even flakes. They are the kind of dudes who enjoy their wet food in a pate or souffle form. So although they slurped down the gravy in these cans, they left all the chunky bits behind and then glared at me as if to say: "You don't expect us to chew this, do you?"

Tiki Cat comes in big juicy chunks that look good enough for people to eat, and if that's the way your cat likes wet food, then I think this will be a delectable dining option for them. I just wish they made a nice pate style for my boys because I think they'd really respond better.

ETA: There is a feral cat, named Spanky, who comes by for a meal quite often. I have given him some of the leftover cans of Tiki Cat and he **loves** it. He licks the bowl clean and then sits in the sun for a nice long bath. Spanky is polydactyl, so he can and does give Tiki Cat "two thumbs way, way up."

Want Tiki Cat Gourmet Whole Food 12-Pack King Kamehameha Luau 9-Flavor Variety Pack Pet Food Discount?

My cat has a problem with chicken in cat food. There are many premium brands of cat food that contain chicken in some way: chicken meal, chicken meat, chicken liver etc. and my cat cannot have any of that. She gets very, very sick. With Tiki variety packs, there is NO chicken in any form in the ingrediant list. She just goes crazy whenever I put it in her bowl! It doesn't matter which flavor I choose, she just loves it! I highly recomend it to any cat owner who has a cat that is choosy about what he/she eats due to food allergies or who wants something better for their cats than Friskies or Purina or other grocery store brands that are on the market.

My (indoor) cat contracted fleas about a month ago and I used the Zodiac spray on the carpet, upholstery, curtains, and mattresses as I went about treating the apartment. I also used the Zodiac sponge bath (2 treatments/bottle, used both) and one course of the Frontline topical medicine. Today I was brushing my cat and found more fleas. My vet informed me that they have heard nothing but complaints from pet owners who've used the Zodiac products.

The label claims that: "One treatment gives continuous protection against pre-adult fleas for 7 months." I used the spray generously but here I am 1 month later right back where I started.

Just treating my 2-bedroom apartment for fleas is a costly and tedious task. If you're going to go through this, make sure you use the BEST products available. Talk to your vet and explore ALL your options. GOOD LUCK!

This is a great product and I have used it for years. It is a part of flea control and should not be expected to be the one answer for every flea. Pets need to have flea medicine/baths as well as continuous vacuuming of the house since fleas can live on pet hair. A flea cycle is 21 days-using this product in a combination with proper flea control is the best way to get the maximum performance. Spray where pet sleeps, all carpets, furniture, area rugs, and fabrics where fleas can lay eggs. Keep it up once a week or more for the first 3 weeks to break the flea cycle while applying flea medication to your pets. Humans can carry fleas into the house as well as pets. The trick is to stay on top of the flea cycle so it doesn't become out of hand. If it is allowed to go through a few cycles without proper flea control, it will take much more effort, time, and products to get it under control.

Buy Zodiac Carpet and Upholstery Aerosol Spray Now

I have found Zodiac to be one of the best controls for fleas. I use the spray on the carpets, under the furniture cushions, and places where our cat sleeps. The spray kills on contact. I let the spray dry and then vacuum those areas, only because it's my preference. I prefer the foam that I can no longer find. You could hold the can upside down and didn't have to as much bending. The 16 oz. can is suitable for most small homes. I have only 1000 square feet. The larger can comes in handy for additional applications. We have only one cat and she does not go outside. It's the humans bringing the fleas indoors either from other people's pets or from the fleas that are naturally living outside. Don't forget to treat your cat as well. Fleas can cause animals serious illnesses. For those of you who have major infestations, you might want to consider having an exterminator treat your home and then use Zodiac for maintenance.Zodiac Carpet & Upholstery Aerosol Spray, 16 oz

I had used this product at the urging of the pet store clerk. He claimed he had over 20 ferrets and at one time had a flea problem. I vacuumed, sent the dog to the groomers for a flea dip, then came home and sprayed the entire house. I returned after a few hours, opened the widows and started up the air conditioners and picked up the dog. The next day I noticed several adult fleas, though they were sluggish. I thought..great! Then the family started getting bites and seeing small and adult fleas. I feel I wasted my money for a product that seemed to give us 24hrs of relief. Forget the claim that it keeps on acting for up to 7 mos. I am not infested with fleas, but we still have them.....and they are alive and well.

We WERE using a flea prevention on our diabetic cat when we took her to upstate NY. Unfortunately, we did not know that fleas in that part of the country (NC, too) are Immune to Frontline...so she came home with fleas. We do Rescue. We had 20 cats and two dogs and were INFESTED. We could not bomb the house because we had three very large fish tanks...

I tried this and treated all the animals with Frontline. We STILL had fleas and it was getting WORSE...

THEN I found out from friends in various parts of the US that Frontline doesn't work in some areas of the country--obviously NOT upstate NY. SO, we Resprayed EVERYWHERE and treated the animals with Advantage and Revolution...

THAT did the trick. We have not had a flea issue since (Knock wood and anti-jinx!!!)

Please do NOT use Hartz or Zodiac topical flea control on your animals--many have died and many more have had severe allergic/skin reactions
