please do not use this product until Hartz fixes the cap. I went to clean my dogs ear and the cap shot off and went in her ear and liquod all over the place. dangerous way to make a bottle that you put in an animals ear. thsi bottle should not have a removable cap !!

The Hartz company really needs to fix the design of this bottle. When I squeezed the bottle to apply to my pets ear the lid came off and sprayed the product all over my dog. She was scared and I was pissed. Do not buy this product. I should have listened to the other reviews.

This product is absolutely horrible! Please do not purchase this product for your pet. I purchased this product before I started classes in veterinary technology and discovered a much better product that is available on Amazon, called TrizUltra. The Hartz product has a defective cap that flies off when you apply pressure to the bottle. This happened to me as I did my cat's ear! It got product all in his ear, on his back, in my mouth, and in my hair! I had to bathe my cat to get the product off of him and use several cotton balls to get the product out of his ear to prevent infection. Please be wise and don't purchase!!!
