We bought this jar to store our dogs treat that are strong in odor. It seemed to work fine for a few days but the seal is not as air tight as we originally thought and the dog treat smell is now noticeable.Holds lots of treats and looks really good on the counter. This is a quality container, and looks like something you would find at Pottery Barn or the like. It's got a high end look and is big to hold all my dog treats.
