These can only be purchased through Costco 3-4 times a year. I kept waiting and waiting but they didn't get them so called the company and they said they could probably be found at amazon.com. Sure enough! My dogs love them and the box says they are made in USA not elsewhere. Sooooooooo, we hope they are good for them.

These strips seem to be a processed food rather than a dried beef jerky. My dogs will sniff at them and only eat them as a last resort.

We cook for our dogs every night. They eat vegetables every day. I can't comment on whether this jerky is healthy. But I can say that the dogs love it. I split one stick between the two dogs (under 20 pounds) every once in a while and they run off to their special spots to eat it. This jerky is very soft, so it isn't the kind of thing where the dogs will sit there and chew on it.

Just read the review on the purchase of these only a few times a year. Well. I had a friend of mine buy this at Costco not knowing this was available on Amazon. I forgot what I paid my friend for this purchase, but know I know where to get this all year around. Both my dogs range between 8 to 15 lbs and these strips are perfect for them. I do tear the strips into thirds. I don't want to spoil the kids you know. A good source of beef and being made in the USA is important to me. These strips are moist and very tender. Well. that is the feedback I get from my kids. My poodle mix Coco would choke if I gave her a whole strip. She just devours this treat. She is about 8 lbs. I really don't think she takes the time to chew. That is the primary reason why I tear the strips into thirds. Now Marley, my Carin Terrier mix is different. He takes his time to chew and enjoy the treat. Normally when I tear the strips into thirds I keep the larger portion for him. His is about 14 lbs.
