I have 4 I-GO 2 Escorts for my 2 adult cats and 2 kittens, and they have worked out very well for me. The two adults don't like traditional carriers where they are forced to lay down, and being that they are also fairly large cats, weighing in at 11.5 and 13.5 pounds, it has always been a little hard on my hands to carry them. For this reason alone, the rolling option on the I-GO 2 Escort has been a godsend! They are able to sit upright and lay down comfortably,and having more visibility(through the mesh front and sides)seems to have set my most nervous cat a little more at ease during road trips. And also, in my own personal experience, they seem to fight me less when I put them in this.
The kittens are also completely at ease in this carrier, and because they weigh so little right now, I am able to carry them on my back using the backpack feature. (If your cat tends to get nervous when placed on the floor where dogs can sniff them, it's great to have them up higher). I love that it is "hands-free" in this manner, as I am often using my hands to dig through my purse to get out the wallet to pay the vet. : Overall, a great product that I would recommend to others.
