I love my dog, I really do. But sometimes he can be a big high strung. We moved this last weekend, and ever since we'd gone to look at the new place he's been a bit paranoid. Staring at me with perked ears until I can't stand it and yell at him "WHAT?!" Whining in the car, pacing, jumping at every little noise, just being nutsos!

Enter this collar. With this on I have a normal dog! He entertains himself with a bone or toy while we packed, and he didn't mind the multiple car trips back and forth from old to new place or being watched by friends during the move. He hasn't barked or whined at the new place and is completely calm and well behaved! Amazing!

I'd DEFINITELY recommend this product...I think I'm going to buy a year supply jyst in case they stop making it!

Oh, and we have a 85 lb Chesapeake Bay Retriever and the collar is long enough for him.

This is a great product. My Jack Russell usually howls & barks along with 2 other dogs when we leave the house. The collar comes from the packaging in a cloud of powder which makes all 3 dogs happy & calm. When we return they are just as happy & not nervous & upset. We love it!

I have a very highly strung chihuahua who suffers from seperation anxiety. This IMMEDIATELY calmed him to the point where he went to another level of the house to sit alone. Something he has never done before.

The smell is a little overpowering, but not incredibly unpleasant.

I just bought this collar today at PetsMart for my 4-month old Yorkie with pretty annoying separation anxiety issues and who hates his crate. I have been so frustrated, I started crying when telling the salesperson about my puppy woes. My boyfriend is at his wits end and can't deal with the crying, whining, and barking at night, so goes upstairs with his headphones on, meaning we now don't spend time together. I was (and still may be) desperate.

I opened the package and fit the collar on the dog (I am not offended at all by the scent as other reviewers have stated). He was very curious about the collar and tried to chew it. I was dreading the collar was going to have the opposite effect on him and make him hyper since he got so excited. I kept the collar on for a few minutes and he still ran about the house and played with his toys. I then took him out for a short walk before having to leave him again to go back to work. Before leaving, I then figured I would wrap the excess part of the collar I had to cut off around the crate so maybe he would see his crate as a comfort zone (despite all of our other "proven" efforts).

Well, when I put him in his crate before I left, there was no whining when I shut the door! After about 10 seconds of being crated, he normally barks his little head of and whines and cries, but not this time! After I left, I listened from the car for his barking (which I normally can hear clearly) for about 5 minutes and STILL no barking. For the first time, I was relieved and felt OK when I left him and I was instantly in a better mood! Now, I am only giving it 4 stars because the real test will be tonight when I go to bed. But for now, it seems to have worked. I hope this is my miracle!! Will update if it worked again for the night time.
