Unfortunately, my beloved Hank, suffers from Addisons Disease and hypothyroidism. Even with the diligence in caring for him, he still loses patches of fur and has dry skin. First, I started by giving him Green Tripe Treats made by Petkind. Since my dogs are small (Pomeranians), I cut the treats in half. (Never give chew treats and leave your dog unattended) It took awhile but Hank started to grow back his fur!!!! Then I found canned Tripett in my neighborhood pet store and started adding it to their regular food (about a spoonful). IT HAS REALLY HELPED
