I am glad I went with the medium and large puppy biscuits they are pretty small I can't imagine what size the small would me. The puppies like them, however it is not something I would get again as a "teething" biscuit too brittle they can almost gum it. I only got them because I have been feeding them the Esbilac 2nd Step formula transitioning them from Momma to food.
