Most treats have way too much fat for my miniature schnauzer, but these seem to always digest okay. I wish they were about half the size and more often than not just give him pieces of carrot instead, but I always try to carry one or two in my pocket when we're out walking. Given the reaction of other dogs I've offered these to, though, if your dog's a food snob it's probable he won't like them.
