it worked and all the mites are killed after 2 weeks. this product is a pretty sticky, oily. you may not want to use this after shower, instead, you could use it 2 days after shower so that you can wash them away next time your pet shower. I used it for my 3 months shihtzu who was 2 lbs. Mites never come back again. Great mite killer

my shihtzu now is more than 2 years old. and has never got any more mites in his ears. I even forgot I have used this on him. =)

Mi Chi kept scratching at his ears. I tried other stuff and wasn't for sure if he had mites or not. So I decided just to buy and see if it helped him. Wow! The first application I could tell he was so much more comfortable. He immediately laid down for a snuggle nap with me. I believe the aloe in this product must be very soothing to the dog. I missed a dose and he started scratching his ears again. I put some in and no problems since! Thank you! Will buy more as needed for sure!
