used this bag when travelling with a 12lb cat ... the bag is big enough to hold the pet comfortably (enough), while also allowing him to move around. the dimensions of the bag are 17" long x 12" high and 10" wide ... those dimension might be too big for some airlines official size limits, especially the 12" high, but the bag is very flexible and would compress to fit in smaller spaces ... which is a huge plus over some soft carriers, which are not as flexible

also worth noting is that the bag does not look like a typical pet carrier, it looks like an ordinary travel bag ... this might be helpful in air travel, as it is less likely to catch the attention of fellow passengers, or the in-flight crew ... I took the bag on an at least two planes whose official guidelines said the bag was too big ... but it fit just fine because it was flexible.

last note: due to weather delays, the cat was in the carrier for 16 hours ... no complaints, and it slept comfortably most of the time ... the cat was not drugged, so I have to assume it felt safe in the carrier. that's good enough for me.

This carrier is of quality material and durable. Soft sided all the way around with a hard plastic bottom that is removable and lined with a velvet. The most i loved about this carrier is that every side to it has a double zipper that covers a breathable mesh all the way around the bag. You can cover the mesh with a second flap so the pet wont see out. I would recommend to anyone.

We bought this for our mini long haired dachshund and we love it. I had seen it online for $30 and I had to wonder about the products quality. But when I was our local pet store selling the same carrier for nearly $80, we came back and bought it online. It's a great quality carrier, has all the right zippers and mesh to make it extremely breathable. The only negative I would have (if I had one) is that that I wish there was more storage. The little pocket in the front is able to hold his leash, the poop bag holder, and maybe a small ziploc bag of treats.

Great quality buy though. I've had mine for a few months and it shows no sign of wear and tear.

We got this for my dad's little dog, who logs a lot of air miles. It has nice features (like roll up window covers, front loading, side pocket). My dad seems to like it, and so does his dog. I thought the quality was pretty nice, and I shopped around a lot before deciding on this one. It's hard to find a dog carrier that won't embarrass a man! So far I haven't been disappointed.
