2 out of my 3 cats liked these treats, so I guess that means they're pretty good! The disks are large so I have to cut them down to bite size. They are good crushed with a little water added too.

Beef heart is what gives Discus their beautiful colors (It helps). This product is an easy substitute for buying heart from the butcher (if you can even get it!).

1 package heart

1 box spinach (defrosted and drained)

3ish handfuls of fish flake food (any kind)

1 box unflavored jello (helps hold things together)

6ish multi vitamins like men's 1 a day. (make sure you dissolve in just a tiny bit of water)

use food processor to mash up each part. This makes a good bit so you may have to chop in food processor, take it out and put in large mixing bole, and then put the next ingredient into processor and so on. The consistency is going to be very dense like toothpaste. I put in a baking pan and let it sit in the fridge for 3hrs or so to set up then I move to the freezer and freeze it. Once it is frozen you can take it out and cut it into little peaces, put them in some good Tupperware containers and keep frozen. Then feed as needed! Good luck! : )

I used to get these at a pet store, but they stopped carrying the product. I use them to stuff my dog's Kong. I didn't know what I would replace it with and then I saw these online. They were just like the other ones I used except they were half the size. But they worked just as well. I will reorder these.

I don't care for this product it's too crumbly for training my dogs with, Training with dogs requires small easily and quickly eaten treats. These treats crumble and leave bits which the dogs are busy scarfing up rather than working.
