This is absolutely the best chicken jerky for dogs I have ever come across. My dog isn't very food motivated out in the world so finding a food lure he will actually respond to during training sessions can be difficult. He doesn't care about most treats, has even turned his nose up at other jerkies, he simply isn't very motivated by food. It's unfortunate Dog Gone Jerky isn't easier to find. Human grade chicken, no bi-products, no fillers, USDA certified, made in Tennessee. I bought a 16oz bag of it when visiting family in Tennessee after my vet told me about the health complications jerky sourced from China had come to be associated with. When I began to read labels I was shocked to realize most chicken jerky for dogs did indeed come to from China. I was skeptical as to whether it would be worth the money, it's soooo expensive, but it was given how much it influenced my dog's motivation during training. The guy working at the store where I bought it said he had actually tried it before giving it to his dog. I believe it. It smells like what it is chicken. The bag lasted a couple of months. Debating where to get it from now. Might go directly through the company that makes it, which is what Amazon should do.

according to my cairns they love the flavor and scent and the peice size is good but I personally think they should be a bit thicker they are pricey but my cairns like them.

I paid a lot of $ for this worthless product. It was broken into tiny pieces and has a bad smell. My dog refused to eat it and so did 27 shelter dogs.

This looks edible enough for people, my little dogs are picky and wouldn't switch to it from their old treats. My sons dog loves them though
