I wanted something I could hang in the kitchen for him to play with while I am working. This toy was perfect. My dog, a one year old lab X loved this toy, but it is NOT worth the money. I bought the larger version,and it looks like a good toy for dogs that love to chew, but within half an hour she had it completely destroyed, all the ribbons chewed off and small balls loose (which I took away, as I was afraid she might swallow them). Now just the big ball is left. And I can get cheaper balls.
