Our Dachshund loves these things! Takes him several hours to chew it all up. It's the only chew that he will actually run off with and hide until it's gone. I've tried many other types and keep going back to these. They smell a little "meaty" and sometimes leave a residue on the floor, so if that is a potential issue be careful where it is given. They are a real life saver if you need some quiet time without feeling guilty!

I have a 6 yr. old pug and 3 month old German Shepard puppy. I have been giving these to my pug for years and not only does she enjoy them, but they will last for days she will get tired and go back for more the next day and these seem to last quite a while. As far as my German Shepard puppy she had it devoured in about 10-15 minutes. I even purchased the large sized ones hoping it would make a difference but they were still gone VERY fast! Both dogs enjoy them, but my advice if you are looking to keep a large breed puppy/dog busy for long then try boiling soup bones from the grocery store/pigs ears/ham bones that's what I have resorted to b/c I don't want her ingesting rawhide on a frequent basis. Great for smaller dogs though ;)
