This product is very frustrating! You pull a bag out of the dispenser and it breaks off just fine, but then further bags do not emerge they get stuck inside the dispenser behind a tiny opening made of very tough rubber you can't get your fingers into it to pull out another bag without using a needle-nose pliers (which of course I am not in the habit of carrying while out walking my dog!). So, if your dog is a multiple defecator (as mine is!), and you've run out of bags, even if you're carrying this dispenser it's of no use to you. I would never recommend it to anyone, nor will I be buying more refill bags for it ever. When it's empty it goes into the garbage!It makes walking the dog very easy. Attach to the leash, pull a bag, and clean up the mess. Easy!
