I got one of these for free with another order, so I can't comment on the price value. However, I have to say; These "treats" are WAY too hard for an older dog (or any dog that has any kind of issues eating hard food). My dog just turned 15, and she still eats bones (mostly rib bones) when she can sneak them, so the fact that she can't eat this bone means either 1] she doesn't like the flavor (in 15 years, I can barely recount 3 food items that she's actually turned her nose up to), or 2] it's just too hard (it's also extremely smooth, so maybe the lack of a tooth-hold is the problem?)
Sadly ironic as, it's usually older dogs that would require the joint benefits.
If you have a dog that's a "chewer", this might be good for a challenge. Otherwise, avoid it.
