My greyhounds LOVE these bones, and they are safe--they do not splinter into sharp shards that could be very dangerous if swallowed. My dogs just grind away at them and it cleans their teeth. :)

When we first received the bones, I was amazed at their size. The dog could smell the bone as I was opening one of them. When I placed it on the floor for him to chew on, he was scared at first. When the desire grew to its peak, he started to chew on it. He gnawed continuously for days and finally finished the bone 2 weeks later. We had to take the bone away from him at night because he wouldn't leave it alone and go to sleep. As soon as he finishes the second one I gave him, I'll be back for more.I have not received this item, I have tried tracking it down with no luck please help my doggies are waiting for this christmas gift lol
