For being called a "Variety Bag" this product offered very little actual variety. It contained maybe 5 or 6 other chews, and the rest were cow hooves! I was definitely not pleased. If I had wanted a bag of cow hooves, I would have ordered one.

I wanted actual variety to divide up among the pups and keep them from getting bored. I wound up tossing way too much of the bag, so the value was bad. Hooves aren't very safe for your dog unless they're fresh and kinda soft, which of course these were not. They splinter, get sharp, and can be dangerous to pet's gums, teeth and tummies.

I'll clarify: Three or four hooves out of 19 would've been ok; I'll give them very rarely, with special precautions. I soak them overnight to soften them and monitor my dogs extremely carefully when they have any; if a hoof gets cracked or sharp or dry, into the trash it goes, and the poor confused pup gets a cookie as an apology :/ So a few, a *few*, was what I was prepared for. But a vast majority of hooves out of 19? Not what I paid for.

The quality of the other treats wasn't great, either. Super-thin, twiggy bull sticks, stubby, crumbly ... um... other body parts (no clue what.)(The larynx?) The two pig ears were ignored by even the recently adopted country stray, who was so starved he ate anything! All told, there were 4 choices, about 2 each of pig ears, bull twigs, and ... larynx bits...and the rest, as you know, hooves.

A variety bag with little variety and poor quality. Like a bag of Blow Pops that inexplicably contains almost all Sour Apple, and all the lollipops are semi-melted and the labels peel in pieces.

I will not order this again. And incidentally, why 19 and not 20??

They were all rawhide (or close enough) that they didn't hold up very long to my dogs, but my dogs still did enjoy them.

I have 3 dogs 3 different sizes and this bag had something for all of them. From bully sticks to pig ears. Usually I have to buy treats in three different bags for the different sized dogs but this had it all. They loved it. Would recommend this!
