solid rubber construction that you'd expect from kong.

my only complaint with this product is the size and design of the treat holes. there is a wide hole at the top, and a narrower slit at the bottom of the ball. none of the ribs on the side open up. the top hole is big enough that average puppy sized kibble just falls right out. not really much for the dog to figure out than to roll the ball. we used it for a while to stop the puppy from eating his breakfast too fast, but unless you buy a specific size treat that won't fall through the hole there's no challenge to this one.

My 4 month old miniature dachshund loves this ball. She chasing all around our kitchen trying to get the treat out. It keeps her busy for at least a little while, which is saying something. I would recommend this toy to anyone who has an energetic puppy or small dog.

I bought this for my very energetic corgi, Zoe. I have tried many different treats in it and larger treats work well. I put one or two in and it keeps her busy for a while. I have also frozen small treats like Charlee Bears in it with natural peanut butter and we didn't have any trouble. She is an adult dog now and a heavy chewer but this has stood up to her. Zoe and I love this product!

I didn't like it very well. If you put a ziggy in the large hole it falls out, and the end that treats go in-not too good either. If you use the peanut butter suggested to be used with it, too big of a mess.

out of all the kong toys, this is my puppy's least favorite. she never touches it, and I eventually gave it away for another puppy who loves it. try the original and the stick one first, since they get their mouths around those easier
