This seems to me to be the same product I have purchased previously on amazon, sold as

Probios® Probiotic Treats for Dogs, Peanut Butter Flavor, 1lb Pouch

When I received this product, I compared the label to the Probios product and it is exactly the same.

So for the 2.2lbs version, you get more for your money.

I love this product and did a review of the 1lb version that I will repost here:

I have a pitbull with severe allergies. Her vet had her on prednisone which I was concerned about once reading up on it as it can cause problems with prolonged use of the medication. Some of the side effects of long term Prednisone can be:

1. Ulcers in the digestive tract.

2. Pain and inflammation in pancreas.

3. Diabetes.

4. Degeneration of muscles

5. Unpredictable change in behaviors.

Researching the drug, I have read that one should use Probiotics to combat gastrointestinal disorders which is a side effect of prednisone. I give my dog 4-6 treat a day shortly after a dose of her medication. I read you should continue to give your dog probiotics at least two weeks after the last dose of medication.

My dog loves this treat and goes crazy when i pick up the bag.

She has been on the probios for 4 weeks now, and i see a marked improvement in her stool, which is very regular and nice & firm instead of soft & mushy. You can tell alot of the health of your dog from their stool which will typically be brown and of an even, well-digested consistency. I feel better knowing that this product is actually improving my dog's health and the fact that she loves it is an added bonus!

Great product for my doggy's upset stomach and he love's it. I give it to him when he over eats or eats too much human food. Just would like a smaller presentation.
