I purchased this stroller for my 7.5 pound chocolate toy schnauzer since I travel a lot and it's convenient to keep her in the stroller, especially at concerts, festivals, parks, picnics, shopping, etc. I was very excited when it arrived early! I chose the grey color because it was neutral and I thought it would look great with the purple or hot pink accessories I have for it, however, both of the back wheels DO NOT stay on AT ALL! I can't even go a few inches without the wheels rolling right off. Therefore, the stroller is completely useless and I spent $50 for nothing! I am NOT happy. The front wheels work fine and stroller folds up and down easily and fits great in the trunk of my car, I also like the look of the stroller...I just am furious that I can't even use it when I REALLY need it. I am quite unhappy that the back wheels roll right off and I hope the company BestPet will either refund me or send me any stroller that will have wheels that stay on and can work! If anyone has any info on how I can get in contact with BestPet or any ideas on how I can keep make the back wheels stay on?? My email is info@dermataloge.com

Was instantly disappointed when I opened box and saw the color of the stroller-more like white/cream instead of the charcoal gray that is pictured. Function of the stroller seems excellent so we will deal with the color but definitely not what I was expecting. Using it for 2 small puppies and they can each lay and look out the front window or back window. Everyone seems to be enjoying the stroller. Price is excellent compared to pet store prices. Stroller seems to be excellent quality for a reasonable price.

We got one because some friends had one and like it it keeps the cats with us, but safe. It's well designed and durable enough for the intended purpose. I thought that the basket was supposed to be removable it isn't. That would have been nicer if it was, but still, a good idea.

It was missing a wheel washer, other than that, it is sturdy and very helpful in transporting our 6 pound dog through public places. The dog can stick it's nose out when completely enclosed. Good for the dog, but bad for any easily offended pet haters.

My mini-man, Shorti LOVES his stroller!!! (The color is NOT dark gray like what is shown online, but more like white...) Color aside, the stroller is sturdy and it supports my dog comfortably. He loves it, and we always get compliments when we're out at the mall.
