The waterless shampoo is better than using water, but I'm pretty sure the cat wants to kill me either method I use. This spray works better though because the cat can stand it longer than water. May still require two people if you want the job to get done well and if your kitty has claws. Doesn't work super well, but gets the job done ok...probably as much as I can expect with giving a cat a bath using a spray and a towel.
