I got this toy for my dog who has terrible anxiety. At first she was really afraid of the toy because it makes noises when the treats rattle around inside the toy but with time she got braver. This toy has helped her overall anxiety because the noises aren't scarythey mean food! The toy has lasted almost a year and despite her heavy chewing, it has held up really well. I am so surprised at how durable this toy is. I really recommend it, but not at this price. Get it at a pet store for less.
