everything I have looked up satisfies me that these are made in USA. My 13 yr. old loves these, and he gets whatever he wants. They are soft and tear easily, not that he cares. I have found them at Walm.... for around $13.00 for the 18 oz. pkg. and Sam's sometimes has a larger package for a reasonable price. He will sit patiently and drool a little until I get them out when we return home from our walk or outings.
