I've always trusted Kaytee for pet supplies. This millet spray is a huge hit with every single bird I've ever owned. Budgies and cockatiels go nuts for this stuff. The second I pull the bag out they start flying around excitedly. It's truly irresistable for them. Because of this, this treat is perfect for training. I've worked with a lot of birds and used this as a training toolas their reward for the accomplished trick.
Amount in the bag: There's a pretty hardy serving of millet in this bag. I would say one sprig would be a good treat for a flock of three birds. One serving every three days would work well. This bag could last you two weeks using it in that way.
Bird's Opinions: I think birds love all millet sprayno matter the brand. I personally love Kaytee because they are affordable and practically the same as high-end brands. The birds love it!
Price: Definately worth the price. Super affordable compared to many other brands.
Good for: Special treats and training. Definately not reccommended for everyday use or the main food source for pet birds. It makes a good treat for wild birds as well!

Millet Sprays by their very nature are inherently messy and one will drop loose seeds no matter what degree of care is taken. I ordered this millet from another vendor and experienced the same seed outside the bag and in the box as others. Mrs. Spudman immediately opened the bags and transferred the Kaytee millet to a gallon Zip loc bag.The millet itself is uniform in length and diameter. Depending on the appetite of your bird(s) you can cut the sprays in halves or thirds to extend the life of the millet supply. Yes, it might be a little more expensive to buy these online, but consider that you're also paying for the convenience of home delivery.
These all natural millet sprays contain no traces of potato.

I use these a treat for my cockatiel, who loves them. He goes straight to it when I hang one in his cage. He will eat until it is gone. I think the price is comparable to other sites.

This product USED to be great, but they changed it, and it is far worse than it used to be.
My cat LOVED the original Salmon flavored gel. It actually had the ingredients that are listed on the Nutra-vet website. The stuff they make now has about twice as many ingredients, mainly chemicals, and my cat will not touch it. So the 19 ingredients listed on their page are not accurate. There are now 33 ingredients. Specifically, the new formula has Sodium Stearoyl Lactylate, corn syrup (not molasses), Hydrolized soy protein, "fiber" (not Psyllium), "Natural Salmon Flavor" (Not Salmon oil), no coconut oil, and too many others to list.
Like Tara below, I was so relieved to find it on-line after my pet store quit carrying it, that I bought several tubes only to find a cheap, awful substitute that my cat will not touch, and that splits out the bottom of the tube because it so freakin' dry and pastey. Why would Nutri-vet do this? I am boycotting this product until they publicly acknowledge that they are going back to the "original formulation" .
I tried to leave this review on their website, but it kept asking for a code that was not posted anywhere, so I left feedback at their "contact" page and if you have had this experience, you should too.

I bought the Nutri-Vet Salmon flavored paw gel a year ago for my newly adopted cat. Stopped using it and eventually threw it out. He loved the old formula, though. I recently purchased the new formula and Mr. Fussy Paws laps it right up. I'm glad I bought it before reading the reviews! But he does like it. 2 of my cats follow me into the bathroom where I keep it every time I go in there. They're a bit obsessed, and eat it straight from the tube, not knowing it's "good for them". For awhile the company had changed its formula and my cats went from loving it to hating it it had gotten thicker and the taste must have changed, too. Now it's in a different packaging and now it's back to its original formula. My cats love the salmon, but aren't crazy about the other flavor. Surprising, because usually they don't care for fish flavored food they like turkey & chicken, except in this. I'm REALLY disappointed that PetsMart stopped carrying it. I used to clear out their shelves while it was in stock. PetsMart is really stupid not to carry this. My cats hate their version of this. Please don't change your formula again.

The sticks, although rather expensive, and some, not all, stink when chewed by the dogs in small quarters like our travel trailer, are such a great treat and energy dissipater, we like to have plenty on hand. The 7" size is good for our 5-8 pound Papillons. They look kind of cute carrying their stick around like Groucho Marks with his cigar! While in a pet shop, and new to cats, the owner suggested I try this Tuna Dash product. So I bought some. One night the cat food was not what the cats wanted, so to encourage their eating I added some of this product to their food, just on top to get them started, and they ate their food. This was my way of discouraging "finnicky" eating. It worked. I would use it off and on as needed, and most of the time I forgot I had it because it was not needed. But oh when it was needed, what a help! When might it be needed? After vaccinations, for example, when they were mad at me for that vet trip. Or, once in a while one of them would go off feed, probably from eating a mouse or something, and I would let them fast a day and then reencourage them back to regular food with the help of Tuna Dash. I like the product, and glad I found it here as the pet store went out of business.

Whoever invented these should be raking the dough in. They solve a time-old problem of giving meds to your pets. I think the reasons are that they smell like the ingredient, i.e. peanut butter, hickory smoked or chicken. The pets can't smell the med inside. The other reason is they are malleable, you can squeeze them shut around the med. I buy the capsule size ones only: If I need to give multiple pills, no problem, and if it's only one pill, I only use half the pocket. The other dogs get the rest so they don't get slighted.

I first purchased these at a farmer's market. I paid $22 for a pound so this is a great price. I use them as training treats. Each of the strips can be broken down into three or four pieces. With one strip I can reward my dog four times. My cats even love these. They come out during dog training time to get their treats. The ingredients are all very good/ natural. No by-products a.k.a. beaks and feathers. My last 1 lb. bag lasted about a year before I had to order another one. They lose a little moisture in that amount of time. These have been my favorite treats to buy for my dog who unfortunately has varying sensitivities to chicken, beef, and lamb. Venison and fish are two proteins she can always handle well, and for a time these were the only two proteins she was fed. I was THRILLED to find them in one treat, as venison alone doesn't have enough stink to be a high value training treat for her. These break up easily, are relatively clean, and my dog goes absolutely bonkers for them!! This is not a true review about this products features per say.....but I feel that everyone needs to know that this company has recalled their products and it is going on right now.To begin with, I want to say that I know that unfortunately there are plenty of human products that get recalled too and that is the most important thing. And yes, I know that every time we go eat out or buy any type of store bought food.... that it is a gamble too.
But, my family considers our dogs as part of the family and this is very important too.I too love Grain Free dog food and love that the first ingredient is actually the real meat.
My baby girl loves "Taste Of The Wild" in Bison mainly.
I searched relentlessly for a reasonable priced food that has no by-products, dyes and are grain free. Which my lil' white Maltese needed for her allergies and tear stains.
But, now Diamond Dog Food has been RECALLED for "Salmonella"
This company makes various products that have been recalled too.

I am saddened that we actually spend more money on these "better than store" dog food and they keep getting recalled!
So many families have unfortunately lost their fur babies babies and have spent thousands of dollars on Vet bills....when all we are trying to do is buying the "better" which are higher priced, dog food ingredients.
I am pretty thankful that I had signed up online,for emails about the latest dog food recalls last week.
My hubby and I was devastated to see that Diamond Dog Foods, Taste Of The Wild was on the list now.
I am sickened by these companies being so careless. When the reason we buy their higher priced food is cuz they are suppose to be healthier!
I just wanted to write this and try to stop another baby from getting sick or even worse dying.Diamond Naturals was recommended by my Cockapoo breeder and so far he really likes it and digests it really well. It is made with high quality ingredients and very small kibbles. I feel good about feeding him this food and I will keep him on this food as it is quite affordable for a small dog with Amazon Prime Membership which includes Free Shipping. I compared it with other pet stores and it is much cheaper (between $5-$10) on Amazon as well.

Our puppy was not a big eater when we got her and Natures Balance puppy gave her digestion issues. After she started on this food she has been eating normally and has had no problems digesting. It is also the cheapest all natural food I have been seen.

My two dogs loved the toys it came with but they had a hard time chewing those treats. Plus the bones were super tiny and discolored I didnt even want to give them to my pomeranian.I bought these as gifts for some neighbor and friends best friends and the dogs loved them.
