Certainly the quality of this dog food is very good.

The Wellness Lamb and Sweet Potato is by far their favorite canned food. It has protein content of 37% and a fat level of 23% (which is a little higher fat level than I would like but...). I use an independant dog food advisory site when considering any dog food I buy and the Wellness canned dog food was rated a 4.5 (out of 5) stars and was highly recommended.

I feed my dogs dry food (consistently the same), but for their evening meal I split a can for my 2 large dogs.

The bottom line for me is it is a very good quality dog food and my dogs love it.

Gilbert (cockapoo), also had stomach issues. I'm glad to report after a week on Wellness Lamb and Sweet Potato, in addition to the Core dry food, Gil's stomach problems are over.

This is Human Grade Food for dogs. He gets one 6 ounce can a day and munches on core dry all day. I also cut out all processed dog treats. We stick with fresh food treats such as: apple, sweet potato, egg, and some cheese once in awhile. Frozen string beans in an ice cube tray are also great!

I have used Wellness for my four dogs for over ten years. My westie is allergc to white rice as she has the white dog skin problems. I feed all the dogs the same food and with exercise have had no problem keeping them a health weight and have had minimum skin problems with two westies. It is relatively expensive but less expensive than vet bills.

I am the companion to a small dog of unknown age and breed who has been troubled with a tender tummy for a few years. Her vet has tons of medications to give her, but I don't need any of them since I tried the Wellness brand dry dog food and the moist.

I have a 7 year old Beagle who has suffered his whole life with severe seasonal skin allergies. Hot spots would start to develop in spring when things began to bloom and last until the end of fall/early winter when things start to die off and freeze over. There were a couple of times when he had to go on antibiotics for infections caused by itching and chewing so much.

We rescued a female boxer who came with severe digestion problems. No matter what she ate loose stools. Not diarrhea, but loose stools. We tried plain boiled chicken, sweet potatoes, pumpkin, you name it all of the all natural, not rich to her system foods. Removing grains. Nothing worked. Took her to the vet periodically as a couple of months went by without improvement. Put her on a medicated food that was SUPER EXPENSIVE. It seemed to work. I found this one that was on the top dog food list but not as expensive as the others. Both my dogs like it. This food is amazing, our doberman pinscher Isis has a really sensitive stomach. Chicken will make her really ill. This is an awesome dog food with the fact that it's grain free, uses simple carbs, and fish for easy digestion. The only thing is this product is a lot cheaper at petsmart. I pay about $45 for 24lbs there. I wouldnt buy this online.

When I adopted my dog he had a rash all over his body and big hairless patches. He is a white pitbull with very short fur, so he was pink and raw all over. I switched him to this food and after several months his coat grew in thick and soft everywhere, even the bald patches. The rash gradually disappeared. I tried switching him to a (cheaper) rice-lamb food, but the rash immediately came back within a couple weeks. I put him back on the grain-free Nature's Recipe food and the rash went away again. Definitely a great food for dogs with sensitive skin/food allergies. The only thing I don't like is the cost, but all grain-free foods cost about the same and this is actually the cheapest one at the pet store I go to. My dog is a 100% happy, equal-opportunity lover of everyone, and he loves this dog food too.

It is a great grain-free fry dog food. Our dogs like it, including the dog it is for, who has allergies. Buying online is cheaper then the gas we'd use to go and buy it in a store.

Love the size of these bones. They are durable too. Trouble is, like so many other nylabones, my dogs don't WANT to chew on them which is the whole point of them. My granddaughter thinks they are great chew toys however.

We have bought almost every type of dog treats for our two Yorkies and when they (not us) like a product we buy it until it is no longer available. Piggy Puffs is one of those the dogs like. When I give these treats to my dogs they get that happy/amazed look. They get that same look over banana bread, peanut butter cookies and cheese crackers. They must think it's part heaven/part genius to mix such foods together.

The box is the same size as mikl bones.Cute gingerbread shaped treats I guess the shapes are for my amusement since the dogs don't seem to notice.

Oh my goodness! Not only are these treats made with super healthy and simple ingredients, they are absolutely the cutest dog biscuit I have ever seen! My dog has lots of food allergies and she is able to eat these because they don't contain anything she is allergic to which by the way, can cause ear infections as well as scratching (such as yeast which is found in lots of dog food for God knows what reason). They are nice and crunchy which she likes. You don't have any idea how hard it is to find a crunchy treat that she is not allergic to. Most of the treats are soft and chewy which is okay but I wanted her to have some crunchy ones to help keep her teeth clean. I called the company because I wanted to make sure that all the ingredients were listed accurately on the box(you'd be surprised how many are not)and they were very nice and answered all my questions.

Great treat for my Havanese! Low price and high quantity. I bought the first ones on sale at Target and thought it was a good price but Amazon has Target beat at about 1/4th the price. And, I don't have to drive 20 miles and stand in line, Prime is 1 or 2 days delivery so I prefer Prime and saving gas, time, and money. My dog loves these treats! After seeing rave reviews for this treat I assumed that my dogs would go nuts over the stuff! The 'strips' arrived in a very large plastic bag (it was much larger than I originally anticipated). The bag is resealable, which keeps the treats fresh and dry. I love that feature with all dog treats.

The treats themselves look like very thick strips of bacon, but are in no way actually bacon. I knew by reading reviews ahead of time that these were not very healthy. But I thought 'if my dogs like themthey're worth buying for a sweet treat'. When I opened the bag I was very caught off gaurd by the smell. I assumed they would smell like bacon. But rather they smelled like molasseswhich I assume is one of the more flavorful ingredients in this snack. When I looked through the ingredients I was very disappointed. Most of the main ingredients were comprised of corn (VERY unhealthy for dogs!). And the only 'meat' item I saw was bacon fatnot even entirely real bacon.

Even so, I was eager to see if my dogs thought they were something special. I have many dogsmostly sleddogsand a chihuahua. For the most part they aren't picky eaters. But none of them seemed thrilled with these at all. I offered all six dogs two peices. None of them eagerly took them. Most of them simply sniffed them and then walked away. The ones that did decide to try them, dropped them off the ground after munching a few peices down. I was expecting my dogs to go wild for these! But they just... seemed uninterested. My dogs typically get pig ears, rawhide chews, and milkbones as snacks. They love all of those things quite a bit. But they seemed less than thrilled with these snacks.

The thick strips are ideal for larger dog breeds. They weren't sized appropriately for my chihuahua, so ultimately I opted out of letting him try them. His jaw just isn't quite strong enough to gnaw them down. The larger dogs though, could easily eat them if they wanted to.

The pros: A very big bag! Very affordable! And they are sized perfectly for large dogs!

The cons: The ingredients are very poor and unhealthy. The dogs just didn't seem thrilled with them...
