Our mom and dad bought these bones because they are made in the USA and no harmful chemicals are used. The do not break up in little jagged chips either which might hurt the new interloper's tummy and got stuck in the rug. Wholesome Hides takes me a LOT longer to chew up. Plus they keep the interloper from chewing on ME, the vacuum cleaner cord, ME, dad's cell phone (Hahaha. I used to do that!) and her furniture, and Did I mention ME They thicker than the ones we were getting. I love them! They do cost more but I am worth it. Not sure about the new guy. Woof

Our puppy was having issues with her current food and we have used taste of the wild on our English Springer and it worked on him.It worked on her, however she is a bichon frise and she is kind of getting bored with the taste. Picky dog, I think it tastes just fine.Everything was fine for me, but my dog wasn't so keen on the food. We had to find something else.

I readily admit to being somewhat neutral on natural foods of most types. Often they are overpriced and under tasty. Taste of the Wild appears to be neither. I say appears because I have eaten none of it; however, our now 4 month old Biewer has and she has turned into a flying terror. It amazes me how a 4 pound puppy can go from one end of the house to another in record setting time. And she does it several times in a row. The resident old folks are lucky to know where the next room is much less run to it. I have said over the years that the proof of pet products is not in the words of the PR department but in the desire to consume the product often; not just one time at the begging of the boss. Taste of the Wild is that go to food for our pets now. Even though one of the dogs is over 14 years old he loves it as a snack while the pup has learned how to push aside other offerings. Now, I will have to research what food comes next.

This is my second Outward Hound bag the first was lost when it fell off on a walk....and this one will likely meet the same fate one day. This is a redesign of the prior bag which had a small pocket on the front and only the clip on the back. Here's the good and the bad:
Good: Addition of velcro strip on back
Bad: I wish there were two strips, one vertical, one horizontal so that it fit a greater variety of pants, belts etc.
Good: Better closure for treats yet access seems easier and bag seems deeper
Bad: Elimination of small front pocket (where I kept my poop bag, until used of course).
Bad and not improved shallow clip, doesn't stay where attached.
So....the bag attaches easily to jeans or other pants that might have a loop for the velcro strip. But it's difficult to attach it to sweats or yoga pants. If you use just the clip the bag will fall off on the first walk....although amazingly my first bag lasted nearly a year! This clip seems less secure though.

Easy to carry around, easy to get treats out of, dog recognizes bag and knows we're about to do training exercises/pays attention better. Like the fact that it will carry a ball too. I use it on walks and at the dog park and would definitely recommend. A few things that I don't like; short velcro attachment , should be larger to give option of adjustment; it has a plastic clip that you can use to attach it to your waist etc; falls off and and not in proportion to hold the weight of the bag with some treats ; tips over and clip falls off; cannot close the top portion so if it falls and it will there goes your treats , be prepared to play pick up ; I would pass this one by and look for something for more than a throw away as this isWant Kyjen Outward Hound Treat N Ball Bag, Blue Discount?
I was very happy with the size and material of this treat training bag. The top closes with adraw string and has a nice clip attached to the string to keep it closed.
The only down side was the plastic clip. The way it's made, the clip does not secure to anything.
It is too small and does not "grab" but, rather, "opens up" when you try to attach it to something.
( I will try to upload a photo to demonstrate what I'm trying to explain )
I have been using the small piece of velcro to attach to my belt loop till I find a better bag.
*BOTTOM LINE: The materials of this bag are good, this bag is a good size, it closes well...
BUT the clip is NOT good .
**It may be better to look around a little more for a better training bag with a MUCH better clip!!
( the way it attaches should be the most important thing )

It's okay... a little overwrought, but also lacking structurally. It doesn't stand up on its own; instead, it comes with two plastic arches that can be inserted into the bag for support. I've never been able to get them to really stay up.

If your dog is a power chewer, these are pointless. They will chew through them in less than a day. That being said... my dog goes nuts for these; they are nice since these can be digested easier than rawhides. The cost to enjoyment ratio is too low for me to purchase more other than the occasional treat. I have had to move on to antlers.

I would definitely recommend this if you have a very small dog. My dog is around 25 lbs and he can chew threw these pretty quick.
