This is my second Outward Hound bag the first was lost when it fell off on a walk....and this one will likely meet the same fate one day. This is a redesign of the prior bag which had a small pocket on the front and only the clip on the back. Here's the good and the bad:

Good: Addition of velcro strip on back

Bad: I wish there were two strips, one vertical, one horizontal so that it fit a greater variety of pants, belts etc.

Good: Better closure for treats yet access seems easier and bag seems deeper

Bad: Elimination of small front pocket (where I kept my poop bag, until used of course).

Bad and not improved shallow clip, doesn't stay where attached.

So....the bag attaches easily to jeans or other pants that might have a loop for the velcro strip. But it's difficult to attach it to sweats or yoga pants. If you use just the clip the bag will fall off on the first walk....although amazingly my first bag lasted nearly a year! This clip seems less secure though.

Easy to carry around, easy to get treats out of, dog recognizes bag and knows we're about to do training exercises/pays attention better. Like the fact that it will carry a ball too. I use it on walks and at the dog park and would definitely recommend. Oh, also has a nice small front pocket I put my keys and my pup's clicker in which is also nice when we go on walks.

I like the treat bag. Much better than putting the training treats in a baggie. In fact my dog recognizes the bag and is eager to do his work. The vendor was very good about processing and getting the product out to me. Highly recommended. Thanks.

A few things that I don't like; short velcro attachment , should be larger to give option of adjustment; it has a plastic clip that you can use to attach it to your waist etc; falls off and and not in proportion to hold the weight of the bag with some treats ; tips over and clip falls off; cannot close the top portion so if it falls and it will there goes your treats , be prepared to play pick up ; I would pass this one by and look for something for more than a throw away as this is

I was very happy with the size and material of this treat training bag. The top closes with a

draw string and has a nice clip attached to the string to keep it closed.

The only down side was the plastic clip. The way it's made, the clip does not secure to anything.

It is too small and does not "grab" but, rather, "opens up" when you try to attach it to something.

( I will try to upload a photo to demonstrate what I'm trying to explain )

I have been using the small piece of velcro to attach to my belt loop till I find a better bag.

*BOTTOM LINE: The materials of this bag are good, this bag is a good size, it closes well...

BUT the clip is NOT good .

**It may be better to look around a little more for a better training bag with a MUCH better clip!!

( the way it attaches should be the most important thing )
