It's difficult to find quality dog chews that will keep a dog busy for a decent length of time, and doesn't make the dog sick. This product has lived up to my expectations.
The filling comes in different flavors. I ordered chicken. It was hard and presented a satisfying challenge for our dogs. It was difficult for them to get every last bit, so they kept going back to work on it more.
One of our dogs has a delicate stomach, but this treat posed no problem for her.
I ordered the product in bulk, which made the price overall very reasonable. Each hoof arrived individually wrapped, so long term storage is easy.
The only negative is that the hooves themselves have a strong smell. It's not quite as bad as hooves from the local pet store, and the dogs certainly don't object to it. Still, I don't like the smell.
Everything considered, I'd buy this product again...though I haven't needed to reorder yet. I'm not detracting points for the smell since that can't be helped considering the source. You might think twice about dogs chewing on this inside if you don't like strong odors. Otherwise, it's a great product.
