I was happy to find these treats on Amazon at about $3 less than the pet store price. The pet store only carries one variety that my dog can tolerate without getting sick, so finding the salmon & sweet potato flavor was a nice surprise. My dog loves them, and I like the fact that they don't smell as "fishy" as the 100% salmon treats. I don't think my dog notices the difference. He loves them both!

I expected the consistency of this product to be more like meat leather, "jerky" the way it's made for humans. But it was not.

Basically, this is exactly the same product as a regular Yummy Chummie, except a bit more dry. I'll just get regular chummies from now on and leave the bag open to dry them out a bit.

My husky has a sensitive stomach and these treats are one of the few he can eat. It's a treat for me to find a healthy treat he enjoys.
