You might be surprised to know that dogs are genetically quite similar to humans, and therefore a lot of the things that are good for us, are also good for them (bar things like grapes and garlic). When we saw that these Blue Buffalo treats had banana and yoghurt in them, we decided to give them a try.

PROS

No corn, wheat or soy

Added flax seed fish oil for Omega 3 and fatty acids

Banana, Yoghurt and Carrots are all excellent for dogs

Cane molasses instead of the sugars and corn syrups others use

No meat/poultry content (Very unlikely to EVER be recalled)

CONS

With shipping these are too expensive, I would suggest going local to be perfectly honest

Our pup loves these, and while they don't drive her nuts like the Blue Buffalo Chicken Bites do, she is perfectly content to munch on these whenever they are offered. They are healthful, nutritious and when purchased locally a pretty dang good deal considering how much better they are then other brands! Definitely recommended!

My little chihuahua loves them, and they dnt upset her system at all would recommend them for people whose dogs have sensitive systems.

Both my pups love these treats.

These bars measure 1.5 x 2 x .75 inches.

If you have a dog under 30lbs, I recommend getting the mini bars. These break down easily but if you want a treat you can just take out of the bag and throw to your small dog, go for the minis.

I ordered 2 bags of these, and got one plus a bacon, egg, and cheese flavor. I'm not that thrilled with that, but the puppy likes the bacon, egg, and cheese so I guess it turned out OK... just hope I get what I order next time. The pup has tried these, and likes them as wellthey're pretty bigabout 2 x 1.5 inches and 1/2 inch thick. More of a snack than a training treat.
