We bought the first package of these at our vet's office and tried them out. Our dog loves them. Giving her pills before was a major effort unpleasant for her and us. Now she eagerly looks forward to it as a treat. You just stick the pill(s) into the opening and mold it around to close. I've found a small pocket provides enough material to cover a large and small pill at the same time.
We also gave some to my niece for her two dogs. One loved them, the other didn't like it. Maybe it would have liked the chicken flavor better.
