I have a very active chewer that usually destroys rawhides, antlers, and marrow bones within a day or two. We've been concerned by some of these splintering, and frequently have to take them away quickly. We got our barkworthy in our April BarkBox Dog Box also, and this is by far the biggest hit in the box. He hasn't been able to make any real progress on the bone itself, perhaps because he is so busy trying to get the filling out of the inside. He is occupied by it, but not destroying it, so we feel comfortable letting him go to town with it. A definite hit in our house!!

I receive barkbox, a monthly subscription with new products for my St Bernard each month. The most recent one contained a stuffed shin bone, which he loved. I ordered these and the stuff in the middle was all dried out and basically fell out, defeating part of the purpose of the bone--to keep him entertained and want to get the stuff in the middle out! I can only guess that they were really old and the stuff inside dried up completely and shrank? Not very happy with this purchase.

Like other reviewers, we received a Barkworthies bone in our April Bark Box and my dogs loved it so much I went on Amazon to order 3 more. Unfortunately, the bones we received were much smaller, one was CRACKED (almost 1/2 of the length of the bone) and the filling on ALL of them is so dried out that it wiggles inside the bone the only thing keeping it inside the bone at this point is the wrapper. I plan to return these because they are nothing like the large, fresh quality bone we received in our April Bark Box. Not sure why the quality is so dramatically different.

We received one of these in our April BarkBox and it's definitely a winner! Very clean, solid bone (no splintering) stuffed with brown rice and bully stick bits. The bone itself is big enough the once the original filling is gone it can be restuffed (peanut butter, yogurt, pumpkin, etc). Now I need to buy more for my other three dogs! Would have gotten five stars if the price was lower :)

Received one of these bones through my April Barkbox, and it was an absolute hit with my hound. I'm not sure he's left it alone too often over the past two weeks. The bone is heavy, but doesn't splinter and leave a mess. Definitely recommended!
