The advertisement is showing a box that is a 60 count box of petite greenies but what you may or may not see it is actually a bag of 20 greenies. I feel that it should be mandatory that you show the actual product not a huge box and then in small print say 12oz 20 count. FALSE ADVERTISING very miss leading. Not happy at all.

The ad shows a picture of a large 60-ct box. I ordered two of them expecting 60-ct boxes but I received two 20-ct bags instead.

I complained and the company initially stated it says 20-ct to the right of the picture. I asked why the ad showed a large photo of a 60-ct box and they didnt know.

After several e-mail exchanges with the company they ended up refunding all my money including my return shipping costs.

1-star for the ad showing an incorrect photo which is misleading.

5-star for the company owning up to the error and refunding all my money including return shipping.

I see the ad is still running so beware if you order from this ad, you'll receive a 20-ct bag rather than the 60-ct box the ad shows.

My dogs go crazy and will not leave me be until they get their morning Greenie ... EVERY DAY! They can be suchpests until they get it, but they are the cutest little pests I know!

HOWEVER, ordering from Pet Food Direct was the ABSOLUT WORST EXPERIENCE I have had yet on Amazon. They FALSELY advertized the item with a picture of a box of 60 Greenies but only sent a package of 20, and then refused to make good on it when I contacted them, so I had to order from a different seller. They told that it was an error in the picture of the item and that they MEANT to have it be a package of 20, EVEN THOUGH 2 weeks later they sent out another e-mail advertizing the box of 60 AGAIN!!

I WILL NEVER order from Pet Food Direct again, as they are LIARS, CHEATS and FRAUDS!

my pup loves his greenies...sometimes he'll gobble the whole thing at once, which defeats the purpose of the product. i don't know any dog that doesn't love greenies.
