So, I read a lot of reviews on a million different things before I finally decided to purchase this. Here was my situation: I have 2 dogs and use flea preventatives here and there, never with any problems, even though we live in a wooded area. Well every few months I might see a flea in the house, but that's no big deal. Well a few weeks ago I saw one on me, thought no big deal. Next day like 3-5 on me, and I thought that was weird. 2 days later or so they were eating us alive! We tried the stuff in the purple can from walmart 2 different times, slowed them down, but they were back in full force within a few days. It got so bad (especially in our bedroom), I would literally run through the bedroom and still find 10 crawling on me after being in the room for less than 10 seconds.

So I waited for the Precor, and not very patiently. Our house is about 1400 sq ft and we had no problem covering the entire house and furniture, and we still have some left. We vacuumed and sprayed, moved furniture, sprayed absolutely every single spot we could, even on the vinyl floors just to be sure. I did combine this with a frontline application for the dogs though. Next day they were absolutely GONE. Now all this took place Friday night and this is Tuesday. I've found like 5 dead fleas in our bed (our dog sleeps with us) and I'm assuming that any fleas are feeding off the dogs and it's killing them. I have not seen one live flea since Friday.

Can I say thank goodness for RELIEF?! This stuff is totally worth keeping an extra can around, it's amazing!

But if they come back any time soon I will surely be updating this review. If I don't review again, this stuff solved our problem for good!

I'll be keeping this and frontline on hand from now on!!

UPDATE: Fleas are back!! :( Not too bad yet, so I'm giving this another shot. It says a 2nd treatment may be necessary. Worked great right after we sprayed, so I'm not giving up hope yet. Will be doing the 2nd treatment tomorrow. It says to vacuum every 2 days after treatment and that it's very important. Well, we missed that part so it may just be our fault. Will update once more after 2nd treatment is done and we know whether or not it worked.

I had a terrible flea infestation. I had stupidly tried to use Hartz carpet powder to rid my apartment of them. But after that failure, I decided that enough was enough and paid the $20 for this stuff and I'm glad I did. I would of ended up spending twice this much if I had of just kept buying the cheapest products that never work and still would of been stuck with fleas! I used it last week, I vacuumed right before applying it and then I vacummed two days later. So far, so good. This is definitely the stuff to get to rid your home of the nasty little buggers.

My house was rampaged by fleas the cat brought in. I tried 4 different products over 3 weeks to no avail. I researched on the internet and found this new infestation was not responding to the products you can buy off the shelf here in this state.

I ordered the Precor 2000 without much hope. I followed the directions for the spray,came back 3 days later, as I was traveling, gave the house the white sock test and no fleas!!! After 3 weeks of battling with different products!!! I re-sprayed just to be sure and have not seen fleas in 2 weeks. I love this product!!

having an exterminator come in every 3 mos. to use this very (excellent) product requires that i remove my 95 yr. old mother and 2 cats from the premises for 3 hours --a major production number. i can now do the job myself, room by room, at what it would cost to have someone come in 2x.
