I have a shepherd who gets terrible yeast infections of the skin in hot weather. We live in the south where it is either warm or hot most of the time. Before I found this shampoo, my dog Honey was losing her fur with bloody patches on her skin from yeast. During hot weather, I use this shampoo on her three times a week. Between shampoos, I sometimes rinse her with vinegar and water. This regimen has kept her from losing her fur and she rarely has red patches. I highly recommend it for anyone with this problem.
