I ordered this item twice in the past 3 months. My dog loves them. The first time I was not sent the amount described in the description portion of the product. The product weight was not correct. I complained and received a refund, but my complaint was not that I wanted a refund, I wanted Amazon to fix their mistake.The second time, Amazon changed the description to Pack of 6, so I thought the problem was finally solved. I ordered again. Wrong the problem was not solved. Amazon changed the description to Pack of 6, but still only sent one bag. I give up.
I feel sorry for all the people that paid for 6 bags of product and are still only receiving one.
As a special note, I order this item in the fall of 2013 and received 6 bags.
I contacted Diamond Dog Food and basically was told it was not their problem.
