My lab/collie cross pup LOVES balls. I try to keep varieties of different ones for him. When I got this one he forgot all about his other ones for about a week! He wouldn't stop playing with this one. I love it because it's kinda 'collapsible' I guess you could say. When he puts it in his mouth and bites down it gives in and goes with him. But I also hate it for the same reason (or would have 5 stars) Since it has the holes in the sides (mades it bend) it doesn't go as far as I would like when you throw it, or give it too much bounce. It still seems to entertain my pup though, so I do love it.

My German Shepherd was a tennis ball fanatic till I found this ball for him. He has several of these, stashed all over the house. I'm very impressed with how well they stand up to his rough play.In addition to the hard durable rubber, the ball has holes on either side so it's not a choking hazard like a tennis ball but it's got that same bounce and size. The hole is nice too when you pick it up, you don't have to get all slimy to throw it.
