I didn't realize when I bought these that they were made in China. In fact, I fed them to my dogs until someone looking at the package pointed it out to me. I'm a little leery of buying dogs treats from China and other developing countries since the melamime incident. Who knows what oversight there is on the production. So, now I order *only* Snook's sweet potatoe dog chews from Healthy Happy Pet (through Amazon). These are organic dried sweet potato chunks made in the US and my dogs **love them**. I also get Sam's Yams but the Snook's are nice and crunchy. I got a small bag for my sister's Shih Tzus and they loved them as well. If Dogswell would find a place in the US to make their products, I'd be willing to buy. But as long as they are made in China-won't do it anymore.

i ordered these from wag.com not checking reviews first. wish i had.i gave these to my 6 months old puppy, and he's had horrible diarrhea for a day and a half.
just came back home to a puppy with diarrhea AND BLEEDING. yes, bleeding. not 'some' bleeding, but significant bleeding (not a hemorrhage either).
my puppy is very healthy otherwise, and i haven't changed anything else on his diet, except for these new treats.
i am typing this review from the vet's office.The Dogington Post issued a warning about Dogswell sweet potato chews. This product comes from China. The Veterinary Information Network lists four such products as implicated in the poisoning of dogs eating them. This product is one of them and should not be given to our pets.Had an issue with the chicken breast treats, so would not use these, since they are produced in China as well.I wish I read the reviews closer before feeding these to my dogs. These are made in China and you can draw your own conclusions.
