I love this and also the foam version. My dog played outside a lot and usually started to smell bad only a few days after his bath. This took care of that. I really depended on it when I couldn't get him to the groomer he was really big and I could only bathe him myself in the warm weather outside. I recommend this product very highly.

It does go on white. Luckily, my dog is black and white (blue merle). It helps to extend time between washes, and doesn't seem to dry her coat out. It smells ok, a little strong really, and I find myself hoping it doesn't bother her sensitive nose. She hasn't sneezed or anything but isn't particularly sensitive to this type of thing.

I was interested in a dry shampoo for my blue heeler because she gets very itchy if we bath her more often than every 6 weeks, but gets stinky after 2-3 weeks, since she is very active and we take her to places with dirt, etc. It does seem to help control the odor, but if you get close she will still smell since it is relatively hard to apply to a short, dense coat like hers.

It might be great for a lighter colored poodle or other breed with HAIR.

smells great and works really well! you do have to brush it through to distribute (especially if your dog isnt white). i like to massage it in to distribute it also and they just love it!

And a couple of essential oils. Much cheaper for me to just douse my dogs in baking soda, since the smell wore off as soon as I brushed my goldendoodles coats.

This dog shampoo smells so good, I use it on the rugs and carpets where my dog are usually hanging out. I lightly sprinkle it on the rugs/carpets and leave it..or vacuum it if I put too much on. I have to admit, when I use it on the dog, it feels a bit tacky, but it really does do the trick. I'm very particular about fragrance, and this one is really easy on the nose. If anything, it's prolonging me having to have the rugs shampoo'd. This is my second order of it. It's a very fine dust, and lasts a long time.
