My dog usually gets a soapy bath in the warmer months, but in winter this is not possible. She refused to put her 70 pounds in the tub. Instead of fighting with her, I decided to try a waterless shampoo.

Pros:

-Spray and brush (nice and simple)

-She smells better

Cons:

-It takes a lot of spray to really get into the undercoat

-It doesn't last as long as a true shampoo and water bath

Overall:

-It sure beats having a smelly dog in winter, so I'll keep buying it.

This product does work as advertised, thought the perfume smell is definitely very strong when applying it and does not smell like anything that might be found in nature --a more natural fragrance using essential oils would be a fine improvement. Still, our furry friend does not mind the smell, and this is surprising if indeed dogs have many hundred times powerful a nose...

A plus is that the spray nozzle is high quality and the mist is good and fine, and that the nozzle holds up to many uses, which cannot be said of every spray bottle out there.

Right now I am experimenting in diluting this 1:2 in water, and so far no problems and equally good results (I suppose depends on the size and cleanliness of the dog?)

This waterless shampoo is great! It has a fresh smell and is easy to use. It works well for the in between bath clean ups and also works well as a quick deoderizer. My dog didn't seem to mind it either. The price is right too... I will definately buy again.

This is a terrific dry shampoo and much, much cheaper than some other waterless shampoos for dogs.

It has a pleasant, fresh scent.

It is perfect for cleaning up dirty paws before stepping inside.

The price is great.

I'm very happy with using this shampoo between baths.
